I would actually give this company and it's owner Tom Cutura negative 5 stars!! We ordered cabinets from Tom and scheduled a "two day install" that began December 10, 2021. Today is February 23, 2022 and we are left with unfinished, shoddy, substandard work and some pretty bad mistakes that Tom will not take responsibility for. As we started to look into Tom's work history we discovered a multitude of complaints from customers stating the same issues as we are having. With further digging we discovered two investigative stories from Paul Orlousky 19 Action News and a case against him from Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost dated December 4, 2019. Tom has changed his company name many times and continues to basically steal peoples money. We have thoughtfully tried to come up with a solution with Tom to fix it but his response is abrupt and aggressive and going no where. So after almost 3 months we are left with a partial, poorly installed kitchen and do not want this to happen to anyone else. It is too late for us but do your homework! Tom seemed a very nice and trusting person when he sold us the cabinets then excuse after excuse for 3 months!!
