It my belief that this company did knowingly and willingly chose to fraud me out of a cash deposit given for the purposes of installing a concrete driveway, approach and sidewalks. Initially I was told he would pour in mid & late September. After delays he was to pour the first week of October while I was on vacation. After yet another delay I cancelled, as the temperatures were getting cold and I didn't want issues with setting/ hardening. Finally, I cancelled. In the last six weeks I was promised a check drop off, then a check in the mail, then a need to "check with my CPA to see which account" and finally he claims that he sent a cashier's check that has not been received and he's failed to provide a copy of. Attached are copies of my estimate and receipt for cash. It is my opinion after several internet searches that this individual lacks the integrity to fulfill tasks & promises. I simply want my promised refund.

********************************* is, in my opinion, a scammer. He lacks the skills, talent or ability to fulfill any sales promises. He will look you directly in the eye and willfully lie to you.Its always an excuse. He has a long scam history from *********. Ghosting customers, failing to keep appointments, lying about acquiring necessary permits, NSF check for damages caused to our home bounced. Under the threat of prosecution did deliver a cashiers check, but until my repairs start, we dont know if there are structural damages. Despite being paid in full, he caulked on 1/2 of our garage door entry and left stating he needed more caulk, and didnt return. He failed to apply the sealant to our driveway pour immediately as it should have been done. When asked he stated he was applying a sealant designed for stamped concrete. He had an informal relationship with a reputable company that he exchanged excavation services with for their flat work ability. Even their owner said it was wrong. The Ernst truck arrived before 9:20am, the pour commenced at 10:07 am and despite a 90 minute window; concrete was still being troweled @11:47. It was short and took a 2nd truck. The apron & approach he did alone cracked in less than 24 hrs, shoddiest surface weve ever seen. The repour was worked by the other company- a true kindness. ***** has since told us its an entirely different grade. He denies ordering it, denies having truck sheets. He used my address for another neighbors pour. We have a sidewalk panel crumbling. 1/3 of the driveway is a bad pour he admitted it-promised a redo but his job was so crappy were afraid to let him. He refuses to refund $2800; I must now pay another contractor to seal and repour 1/3rd in spring. His crew boycotted for nonpay. He promised return and didnt show for 3 days. I had to rope off my jobs because 3 times no safety tape placed. ****** his ************** Landscaping in *********. Always excuses! This started in May. Its Oct! *** is all I can do

I only gave this company one star because I had to. ******************************* and AMS companies are a complete fraud. They were paid to a job that they weren't competent enough to complete. We hired them to tear out a patio, install a new patio with seating walls, pillars. Pure pit. Rounded step and to add three feet to our existing basketball court. First it was going to take just 4 days. 3 attempts later at our patio we fired them because ******************************* and AMS companies were tearing up our house, our yard, our neighbors yard and our fence. Not to mention the patio was now in worse shape. The patio tilts towards our house. The saw lines were missed, the concrete thickness is not what it's supposed to be, the color is in correct, the steps are crumbling and we have sink spots all through out the patio. I would not recommend ******************************* and AMS companies to anyone. ******************************* stated he went to school for this. This couldn't possibly be true. It should've been a red flag to us when ******************************* and AMS companies wouldn't return our text and phone calls. Over this almost 4 week period of time ******************************* and AMS companies would just randomly show up and it was never on a sunny dry day. End result we paid them half of the project before starting and we have nothing to show for it, just more work for us to replace everything that was destroyed in the process including our neighbors fence that they knocked panels out of. There is another complaint filed with BBB last year by someone else the ******************************* and AMS companies did this to. We couldn't file a complaint with the BBB because we filed a lawsuit with the **** ************************* Please read the reviews before using.
