    I place an order on February 18th for $10.44. I have not received the product I ordered or a refund. I have emailed the company numerous times. I have posted to their Facebook page with no response.

    On April 20th, I placed an order on Ohio Roots website. I waited about a month before reaching out to the company despite the fact that it stated a 5-day lead time. I received no response to my emails. After trying to Google a phone number, I found they were based in Fairborn, OH. I joined a Fairborn FB group asking if some had contact information for them. ****** **** reached out, stating that Shopify took down their website and didn't get my order. I found this odd since I was on their website days after I placed my order. I did see when she told me this that Shopify did take it down. After some back and forth for days, I asked for a refund. Since I left, I was getting nowhere with the owner; she said she could not give me a refund. She said my order would be ready the next day. I waited and waited, no response, so I again took to the Fairborn FB forum. I got a response that "I should have gotten an email that my order was ready." I checked my inbox and spam and received no such email. After days of waiting and asking for a pickup address, she gave it to me, stating I could message her after 9 and she would verify it was ready to be picked up. Big surprise, I have not heard back from her from FB messenger or my emails. I have requested a refund, but no response from ****** ****. I feel this is a predatory/scam company since they take orders, but do not offer refunds. I stated I could accept a refund via Venmo or Zelle. After doing another Google search, they have terrible reviews on Etsy for the same exact issues of people not getting their orders or not getting a refund. I have attached all of the FB messages and multiple emails that I have sent Ohio Roots Print Co and ****** ****. They may try to say that the New Carlisle address is a separate company than the Ohio Roots Transfers, but they are all owned by ****** ****.

    I placed an order mid-March 2024 for custom baseball uniforms. I have more than one hundred emails and over 20 text messages regarding the order. I finally received an incomplete order on 05/07/2024. I was missing 2 pairs of pants, 16 embroidered hats, and one jersey. I finally got the 2 pair of pants. I am still waiting on the hats and the jersey. They will not respond to any texts or emails on the status of the items. I can provide all of the emails and text messages for review. They have not responded to anything since May 23rd, 2024. I asked for an update on the missing items or a refund for them.

    I submitted a custom DTF order on April 25, 2024. I paid in full when order was placed. Their website says orders ‘usually filled in 5+ business days.’ On May 2, 2024, I emailed asking status. As of May 7, 2024, I’ve heard nothing in response. I cannot find a phone number anywhere. I came across Google reviews today while looking for a phone number again and saw that they have several reviews of people never getting their orders.

    I purchased a sample set of baseball uniforms for $120.08 on March 17th. The company responded to emails in the beginning stating that there was an internet issue and that’s why the item wasn’t shipped but the company is no longer responding. I have requested a refund and they are continuing to ignore my communications in which I have reached out through email and the company’s Facebook page.

    I placed an order with this company Aug,30 2023. After not receiving the merchandise I emailed the provided email November 20th asking for resolution and again 12/11 2023. I was then tagged in a FB conversation with comany owner, I then again. Asked for resolution. She only provided an email for another person. I assumed speaking with her directly via FB she would, herself move forward with resolution. 12/12 I filed a complaint with Shop a liason site. Only then I relieved communication via email. These emails were very rude and accusatory and offered 0 resolution. I asked Holly to only communicate with sole purpose of resolution as ther emails were harassing in nature. I can provide emails and screen shots of conversations if need be. Thank you

    October 1 – Ohio Roots posted on Facebook, tshirt’s for sale. I followed the direction she posted and placed my order on her Facebook post the same day. October 29 – I meesaged Ohio Roots FB page directly to check on my order. She states she did not show that I had ordered or paid for anything. I explained that I posted my order on her post as directed, but have had no other communication from them. Ohio roots sent an invoice to my email @ TDunn98226@aol.com, which I received and paid immediately. October 29 – WPCU debited my checking for $16.01 November 12 – I messaged Ohio Root s FB page and got no response November 26 – I messaged Ohio Roots FB page and got no response November 26 – I emailed Ohio Roots to check on order and got no response November 28 – I messaged Ohio Roots FB page and got no response November 30 - I messaged Ohio Roots FB page asking for a refund. This time she did respond. She stated they do not provide refunds. She stated that my order had been ready since Nov. 16 and that notice was sent to my email. I looked thru my junk/spam folder as well as my inbox and explained I had no communication from them. She told me she was on vacation and would be back Monday, and that my item would be in their pick up bib, on December 4. I asked for her business hours and address and her response was that she will have the system resend my notice that would contain all that information. She stopped responding when, again, I asked when I will get the email that she was resending. December 3 – I messaged her stating I still don’t have an email with pick up location. No response. December 3 – I posted on her original post that I initially ordered from, and she has not responded As of Dec 4 @ 8:30am , I still do not have an email (I checked all of my folders), that state the address as to where to pick up.

    Date of order was August 15,2023 for Baseball Jerseys and hats. They said it would be a 2 week turn around. I received the jerseys on September 8th but am still waiting for the hats. There are 16 custom made hats. I have been told they were lost in the mail, that they have been remade and shipped directly to me (which they never were), I have been told they would be hand delivered to me (which they never were) and now I am being completely ignored by the owner and everyone else is making excuses. The total for just the hats is $320.00 for a 14 year old baseball team. I have been asking for tracking information and delivery dates for weeks with no avail.
