Mahoning Valley Chimney repaired and restored an exterior brick wall for us. The wall was heavily damaged due to severe weather and water damage. Brick and mortar was completely eroded away in several areas. Water was leaking between the exterior and interior walls. Thanks to MVC and all the work they did, that wall is like new now. It matches perfectly with all the exterior brick. You would never know there was so much damage, or that the one wall went through such a major repair/restoration . Mike and his team at MVC are extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and highly skilled. They do beautiful brickwork in a timely manner with care and attention to detail. Communication was A+ throughout. At our first meeting Mike not only quickly assessed all the issues with our wall, he identified the causes as well. He explained in detail the hows and the whys of the work that needed to be done, and the approach he would take. Mike estimated how much time the job would take to complete, and he discussed the results we should expect. A detailed written quote was submitted within 24 hours. From our initial meeting forward, Mike promptly answered all of our questions in a way that was clear, thorough, and easy to understand. Phone calls were either answered immediately, or promptly returned. MVC was on time for every appointment, and stayed on schedule with the work being done.
