Kevan A*** is as good as they come! Intelligent, Honest, and hard working. Spent the day with him today during our downspout drainage project. Was in and out all day, things went according to plan, very happy with the finished result. I would not hesitate to recommend Kevan to any of my friends or family. Great quality work at a reasonable price. Also so thankful for the education we received about water drainage from our home.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Drain Designs to fix a broken drainage pipe and we are very thankful that we chose them! From start to finish, Kevan was awesome! He responded to our inquiry right away and when I told him what issues we were having, he knew how to fix it. Kevan took the time to explain every detail, addressing all our concerns and offering advice to us as first time homeowners. Kevan's knowledge of drainage systems gave us a lot of confidence that once they fixed our drainage pipe, our flooding issue would be fixed. He was right and he exceeded our expectations. We really appreciated the fact that he followed up after the job was completed to ensure that we were fully satisfied with the work and to address any remaining questions as well.Drain Designs of Akron-Canton Response

I am so pleased with the services Drain Designs was able to provide! After speaking with Kevan, his level of professionalism and expertise made the decision to choose Drain Designs an easy one! His communication was fantastic, and his workmanship was stellar! The drainage plan he put together for me has left my basement protected from water. Thanks again Kevan for the solution you provided! When it rains, I no longer have any concerns about potential basement water issues. I called Drain Designs of Akron-Canton because I like to use local businesses when possible. Within a few days Kevan was at my house to run a camera down my gutter drains. I watched as he quickly discovered cracked PVC/root ball. Kevan's schedule was full, however he fit me in and and fixed the drain five days later. Drain Designs is the place to contact if you want someone who genuinely cares about your drain issues like it is their own house. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience (great quality, cost and efficiency). I would recommend Drain Designs and will use them in the future if the need arises. Kevan & Drew at Drain Designs were fantastic! First let me say it was refreshing too actually, have someone respond and follow up to a call. I had called several companies/persons but none either responded back or showed up for their appointment. So, I was a pleasantly surprised when Kevan responded to my voicemail and showed up for the scheduled appointment. Water was leaking into my back room from underneath the deck and creating issues. Kevan came out and assessed the problem and devised a solution. Kevan & Drew showed up as assured. The process was explained every step of the way, so I had a very clear understanding of what was being done and why. I just recently received a follow up email asking how the drainage was working and if there were any issues. How many businesses do that? Both Kevan & Drew were professional, and their work is quality work. I would definitely work with Drain Designs again and would have no issues recommending them to others. I wish Drain Designs would’ve been contracted to do the work on our house when we remodeled 10 years ago. You would think all PVC pipe is the same and that it should last at least 10 years if not forever?! Not so! I’m so glad we went with Drain Designs to fix our water problem AND they stand behind their work with a lifetime guarantee. Kevan and Drew were polite, informative, had great communication and did everything they said and more. They do things right as if it was their own home.
