We decided to use M. R. Plank Roofing because he was highly recommended to us by a trusted neighbor. His crew came with 3 trucks and plenty of tarps to protect my flower beds and patio. Because I have high vaulted ceilings and with the extreme heat the completion took 2 days. They were very detailed in cleaning up, no nails or left over trash. My new roof is beautiful! In closing, I would say Im a VERY SATISFIED customer and would recommend them for your roofing needs.

MR Plank Roofing worked on my roof on or about 10/23/20. On the day of the work, two unknown and unidentified men arrived at my home with a small truck and a barely functional trailer. Neither vehicle had any markings indicating that they worked for MR Plank Roofing. When I attempted to speak with these individuals, they either could not or would not speak English, with the sole exception of one answering any inquiries with "Call office." The first particularly serious issue was that shingles were torn off but not replaced on a roof that was completely covered with shingles previously. In fact, the part where the services were performed was covered only with a cheap flat material that gave an otherwise attractive house the look of a tar paper shack. Next, when I got my final invoice, it was $1,200.00 above the quoted amount. It clearly stated the following in the original agreement: "CHARGES FOR ANY ALTERATION OR DEVIATION FROM THE SPECIFICATIONS CONTAINED IN THIS CONTRACT WHICH ARE MUTUALLY AGREED UPON, INVOLVING EXTRA EXPENSE, SHALL BE ADDED TO PRICE SHOWN AND PAID FOR IN CASH OR SHALL BE PEFORMED UNDER A SEPARATE CONTRACT TO BE EXECUTED BY ALL PARTIES HERETO." Not only did I not agree to the additional work, the option was never even presented to me. Lastly, when I inquired with the City of Hudson about a permit for this work to find out who was at my home, I found a permit was never properly pulled as required by the City of Hudson. For the foregoing reasons, I absolutely do not recommend MR Plank Roofing.
