    On 11/18/23 I ordered 2 bundles of socks that were $99.95 each with the holiday discount the total with tax was $149.92 which I paid with my mastercard. The order was immediately confirmed and the credit card processed for the full amount. After 2 weeks of not receiving shipping or any other type of information from Wildly Goods I contacted them on 12/2/23 through their contact us link on the webpage. I also sent a message on their Facebook account on 12/2/23. On 12/3/23 someone responded to my Facebook message saying yes they were still in business and that no one answers messages over the weeked. After explaining the situation and other ignored contacts their only response was that others said they must not have gone to their inbox. There has been no further contact from the company. I tried messaging again on Facebook, emailing, and responding to the conformation email. Today 12/7/23 I finally found a phone number for the company and have called and left 4 messages with no response. This is not the first time I have had an issue with this company 4/30/23 I placed and order and the same thing happened it was never fullfilled and not response to my inquiries. I was able to get a refund through Paypal 6/16/23. I did place an order on 4/22/23 which was shipped promptly and was at our house in 6 days so at one point they were a business. Since placing this order I have gotten weekly advertising emails from the company which I would consider phishing since they obviously do not intend to send the products.

    I placed an order for Lightweight Merino Wool Crew Socks 6 Pairs Treeline Green / M/L + 2 Free low cuts x 1 totaling $99.95 on 5/5/23 and have yet to receive my order. I have contacted via email several times and no one has gotten back to me. I tired to find a phone number, and the only one I found is a google number. I would like my money back or my order delivered. I placed an order in the past with this company without issue and we love their socks. I understand if they may have gone out of business, but at least return an email. :(

    I made a purchase from the wildly goods website totaling $164.90 on 1/10/23. I never received the product. I’ve emailed several times, also tried calling on many occasions. Out of frustration I began to post some negative feedback on their Instagram posts and finally someone contacted me on Instagram…claiming he would check on my order and get it shipped out. I’ve yet to receive the socks. No shipping notification. I send messages pretty frequently with no response. I just can’t seem to get in touch with anyone who will help me. The phone seems to have been disconnected or the number changed, I’m not sure. He claims his customer service representative quit. That may be the case, but he is well aware of my issue, yet won’t resolve it. I’m just tired of trying to deal with it and want a resolution. I’d really like the socks, but getting a refund would be fine, as well. The address I see on their website is different than what you have listed, so I’m not sure which is correct.     I ordered (order #****) and paid $99.95 for Wool Crew Socks 6 Pairs +2 FREE Low Cuts × 1 on 12/02/2022. I have tried multiple times to email the company through direct reply to my order, and by using the email address stated on their website; calling multiple times to their phone number on their website; and by DM through their business Facebook page. Not once have I ever received a reply. (Phone message is a generic Google voicemail; not good business practice.) Last year, I did order a pair of socks, and then tried multiple ways to communicate with them with no response. After reaching out to BBB, they then immediately responded, and weeks later, I got my socks. This time around, my shipment for my socks has not yet arrived, and I assume this business is no longer functioning. However, they are still taking people’s money. I want my money returned.

    Ordered socks on 10/19/22. Paid $118 for socks. Never received the socks. I have left three messages at the number provided and sent 3 emails. Company will not respond to any communication.

    Ordered 4 pairs of merlino wool socks from this vendor in early October 2022. Wrong size came and wanted to exchange for the proper size. No responses, not a one to at least 5 emails, phone messages, etc. No one ever picks up at the business number provided. Had to pay postage to return socks in hopes of getting the right ones. No response to date. It seems like everything is done in some automated fashion and humans with any type of issue are left in the cold. Normally, I wouldn't bother but the socks were $75 and shipping them back was another $12. Not the way to run a business. Any help would be greatly appreciated. ****** * *******

    I am rejecting this response because: I have made numerous attempts to contact the business in question through emails and phone attempts, and phone messages.  All have been ignored. I have no expectation that they will contact me now that BBB is involved.    I am looking for a full refund, period plus the shipping cost incurred for returning the product.  There is no communication with this firm.  They promise, but don't deliver.  Thank you for your efforts thus far.
