My wife and I just want to express what great service we had for the repair of our appliances. From the time of setting up the appointment was simple and they were very efficient in getting us in right away. The technician ***** was so knowledgeable and professional and very attentive in cleaning the area as well. We will definitely use Rapid repair again! We love they are a family owned business and happy to be supporting a local business with over 20 years experience. Thank you everyone there!!Review from Diane G

Disappointed...over period of 3 days I made 3 attempts to contact them to service my refrigerator. 1st day I got an answering service who took all of my information and gave them 2 different phone numbers to contact me. She said the technician would call me back to set up a time. No returned call for 24 hours. I then went to their website and put all the same information into their schedule an appointment link. No one contacted me via email or phone. Last attempt was a phone call again and I was put on hold to listen to music and after a few minutes it transferred me to another line which then went to a busy signal. 3 strikes and you are out...sorry for this review of what appeared on BBB to have mostly positive ones. I would have expected at least a call to let me know they did not have time for my request and possibly refer me to someone else in the Perrysburg area as I always support small businesses in my town .Review from Kerstan E

We were sent to Rapid Repair through our warranty company for our dishwasher. Amy was so helpful with finding a tech for us as soon as possible. Our tech, Brian, came out right away and fixed our dishwasher quickly and with no problem. Both were very professional and efficient! Would recommend Rapid Repair every time!!

The team at Rapid Repair exceeded every expectation. The home warranty company we use was having issue getting our replacement dishwasher installed. In one day, Amy (RR) was able to get everything resolved and installation scheduled. RR was very intentional on making sure that they had all the necessary information, including pictures of the replacement dishwasher and parts that we had to order. On installation day, Brian and Todd were prompt and effiecient. They made sure to tell me all their steps and tested thoroughly to make sure that the dishwasher worked. I can't thank Rapid Repair (Amy, Brian + Todd) for getting us back up and running. I will request them every time!Review from Kate M

Nothing but good things to say about Rapid Repair. We had to have the techs come out a few times to help fix our refrigerator, and they were very friendly and thorough in resolving the problem. Rapid Repair is the best. We had an ongoing warranty issue with a refrigerator. Rapid Repair was instrumental in getting the manufacturer to declare the unit not repairable and getting a new refrigerator. The whole team is friendly and knowledgeable. The dryer portion of our electric Frigidaire combination Washer/Dryer Laundry Center was not working. The machine was no longer under warranty either. We called Rapid Repair Appliance Service, Perrysburg, OH, to come out and check it out. They were able to schedule us in later that afternoon of our call. They were very prompt and within the designated time frame of arrival. They discovered that the heating element and another part of the dryer unit were broken. They ordered the parts and scheduled to come back within one week of the initial visit to install the new parts. On day of return the technicians called us 10 minutes before arrival, and were promptly on time. The new parts were installed, and the technicians demonstrated to us to show that the unit was functioning properly. So far, everything is working great! We also very much appreciate the timeliness of the technician's arrival on both days as well, thank you!Review from Cassandra E

I was getting ready to go out of town and boom, there went my washer! It stopped working with tons of soaked clothes I had planned to pack and take. Rapid Repair Appliance Service came out quickly. They repaired the washer quickly and also took care of a few challenges with my dryer while they were out.
