The person answering emails is extremely rude, and told us to seek legal representation when we were asking questions about the move out list. I have pictures for proof. We didn't agree with what they thought we owed them after we moved out so we were taken to small court. The judge ended up removing more then a couple thousand from our bill. The property owner brought 8 pages of black and white (not greyscale) pictures while we had over 80 pictures of evidence. They claimed our pictures were only showing parts that would help us, were happy the judge disagreed in the end. The property manager claimed they painted the walls between every tenants if there were cosmetic damages, my roommate had pictures showing that wasn't the case since there were spackle marks on the wall when we moved in.Long story short, if you decide to do business with this company you need to document everything because they will try to get as much money out of you as possible.They're also unwilling to wave your first time late fee until you put in multiple repair request and then magically they're able to take the late fee off. Don't let this company bully you.And as a warning to others, their move out checklist is a 6 page document which is attached. They tried to get us to pay for a professional carpet cleaning when they charge a pet fee. In my opinion, they do everything they can to maximize profit while completely disrespecting you.

I am renting from this property, and they are refusing back rent. On their website they claim that they support veterans. Yet they will not complete documents to show they support veterans. Instead they rather go to court after I have explained that I wanted to make a payment on several occasions. They refuse to respond to emails, and are rude and unprofessional over the phone. I dont recommend renting or buying from this company, they obviously discriminate if you fall into hardship.
