From ***** ********, Vietnam Vet I just want everyone to know how they treated my therapy dog, ******. He was there for me everyday. They set me up with Dr. Alexandra V********s. She sent us home with 3 bottles of pills after I insisted that he was too sick to go home. Less than 12 hours later, I called to bring him back in. They informed me it would be considered an "emergency visit" even though I already paid in full on Saturday. They wouldn't even see him until I gave them my **** card. All this place cares about is money, not the animals they are supposed to care for. The kept him for 4 days. Dr Vi******** insisted that I take him home, but only after I pay the bill in full, of course. At this time, I still think he was too sick to be sent home. After 9 days, he kept getting worse to the point that he couldn't walk. I called them back and they told me to bring him in. I told them that I had an hour drive so be ready. I sat there for 90 minutes in the lot waiting on someone to come out. The door opens, but someone had accidentally let a dog out. 10 workers came after the stray. As I'm holding ****** praying he doesn't die, a worker acknowledged me and said she would get someone. Another 15 minutes later, 2 petite girls came out. ****** is 105 lbs. He is struggling to breathe and they begin to pull on him, stressing him out even more. I don't know where the men are. They were killing him. So I picked him up to load him on the cart. After 2 1/2 hours he was finally in the building. He suffered for way too long. I will never forgive them for letting him lay there that long. I cry daily. I miss him so much. As I am holding him in my arms waiting for them to euthanize him, they asked how I was going to pay. He was my family for 11 years and they couldn't wait? I paid upfront the previous 3 times. They don't care about nothing but money. I HATE THEM FOR THAT. This isn't about the cost; I would pay ANYTHING to save him. Its about compassion

Services done w/o my consent The cost was of my final bill was way more than I expected. I was not asked to do X-rays and blood tests. They came in took my cat without an explanation of what was going on besides the fact that they were going to try and get urine. They brought that cat in. We waited doctor came in and said we couldnt get urine. We did an X-ray and took blood tests. I was really dumbfounded with that and she continued to say well get an ultra sound and I asked now how much is that going to be and the doctor said oh nothing. Hmmm I thought. She then took my cat back to try and get more urine and do the US came back and said we couldnt get any urine again but the ultrasound shows he does have a thickened wall. Gave him a shot for that. Left with a bill of $346 that I couldnt pay for and they were trying to figure it out. I was sitting in waiting area just getting more and more upset. I went back up and stated Im upset because I was not asked about the services that were done. The desk girl said thats something you should have talked about. I thought to myself they just came in room said they were taking my cat and didnt even see anyone until doctor came back in when she stated that she had already done these services. Just really felt like I was taken advantage of. Then the doctor gave me a dx paper that explained what was wrong with my cat that paper said that all other things should be eliminated before basically assuming the diagnosis she gave me which the biggest one was a UTI that I knew my cat had. I felt she should have exhausted that first and said we cant get urine so here are some plastipearls to help get a sample of urine to bring in and in the meantime Im going to give you antibiotics (which would not have hurt my cat to have done that) but now my cat is still suffering) then I payed $150 towards bill which was all I had and they put me on pymt plan for $55x3 to pay off expected to bring in sample only to pay more money.
