            On 9/4/24 we had SLA appliance. They said our fridge. was We gaveout of warranty and we need 1100 dollars to fix. We called ** COMP. to find out if this was true. Cur fridge was covered. We went with them .We gave SLA a check for 450 dollars .We owed 95 dollars f55or service call. They owe us 355dollars refund. Its been 5 weeks and not resolved. They are too busy to write a check so they say.Pelwse help.

            I called this company to make an appointment to have my Maytag washer repaired. When I called to make the appointment, I confirmed that all of their technicians were Maytag certified and they performed warranty work. When the technician arrived, he told me that he was not Maytag certified and had not worked on Maytag machines. He took the machine apart and told me that he could find nothing wrong with it. He put it back together, pushed some buttons and said it is working. It is in fact, not working the exact same problem existed immediately after he left. He never ran a cycle or tried to get the problem I was complaining about to reoccur. They charged me $85 which I was told was refundable if they were not able to fix the machine. They did not fix the machine and I called and asked them for a refund. They said the owner would get back to me. I have not heard back from the owner and I have tried to call the number listed, and it says my call cannot be completed as dialed. my neighbor called them and they got right through me. My number is blocked. I have been polite and professional with this organization, but I have no other recourse because I feel like I was ripped off.
