            Beware of this company. They put in the contract there is no deadline for a finish date to your project. I had a shower and vanity job. From start to finish it was 1 and 1/2 years! Alot of problems with the entire job. They added costs over and above the original estimate. They ordered way too much product and then charged me for all the left over, etc etc. T***** *******

            We are sorry that Ms ******* was so unhappy with her bathroom project.  We always make sure not to start a project until we have the necessary parts so that a client is not left with a mess.  When the vanity was delayed, along with cabinets for other projects, we went ahead and asked if she would like us to go ahead and do the rest of the project and we would replace the vanity when it arrived.  We did that and did not remove her existing vanity until we installed the new one and credited her $1,000 for the cabinet as compensation for the delay.  We ordered enough tile pencils to do the project and extra for any breakage that can occur with tile.  Vendor would not let us return the tile pencils when we tried because there were not enough to return and they were non-returnable. The clients contract only included the amount for the tile that was needed to do the project, they were not charged for anything extra, we order extra as a precaution but she was not charged for any extra just what was used to do the project, any extra was on us.  There were some additional charges for items that were not part of the original scope of work such as the addition of a shower seat, different tile niche, a shelf, these were items that were added by the client later and the client was informed that it was an additional charge.  We included an allowance in the agreement and products selected were more than the allowance that was included.  We even made repairs and hooked up the dishwasher for no charge as a courtesy.  Any issues that occurred were addressed and fixed immediately.  We credited the client for the delay in the cabinets and the client did not end up paying for the parts that were originally included but were not used/purchased by us. She only paid for the work that was done and the parts we purchased and that were used, not extras, minus the $1,000 credit we included for the delay in the cabinet.  We are truly sorry that she feels this way.  We work hard to make sure a project is done well and that clients are happy when we finish.  Hopefully she is happy with her bathroom, aside from the delays. We addressed any concerns she had as soon as we were told and we thought that all was fine when we finished.  These last couple of years are the first time since we began almost 30 years ago that we have ever had issues with obtaining materials or dealt with such a labor shortage.  Our goal is always to do quality work for all of our clients.
