    It was my first time there I was considering using their service to repair damage to my car after and accident. However the proprietor an elderly man. He was assisting me as I filled out the form as this was my first accident. He said he would send the estimate to the insurance people and send me a copy. After a week since I went to go and get it I still didnt get the estimate nor did the insurance.I made a call to them today (14/Mar/23) to ask about the estimate. The first call I got another employee who said they would ask about it. An hour later I get a call back she was a bit confused on the matter but wanted to help until the owner got on the phone to handle it personally. Upon starting our conversation I asked about the estimate he stated he would send them to the insurance. He then asked if I was going to have my car worked on there, I said I was undecided thats why I wanted to have the estimate so I could compare to another estimate I have. The owner then asked if I sent the other estimate to insurance I said I have, but I wanted to compare and decide. The proprietor retorted about how he wasnt going to bother wasting his time if I had received another estimate and been considering them. Then rudely hung up.So in short I was refused service on the grounds I have considered a different body shop. I am sure that he wont do business with anyone who doesnt pick him on the spot. Probably uses his estimate form to weed people out if they put that he isnt the first place and that you will be picking his establishment! I would rate this place a zero if I could! I strongly advise passing this place, save your money and give it to a body shop not run by a cantankerous charlatan! I cant speak for quality of the work but if its this elaborate and exclusive that I must buy site on scene, then I would surmise this business is not reputable. Definitely doesnt deserve to have an A+ rating with BBB if they treat people this appallingly.

    I apologies for the way I spoke with you. I was short with you and inconsiderate. It's absolutely no excuse for my behavior, I was very busy, my office was filled with people, the phones were ringing and I lost my patience. Again that is no excuse and I apologies for the way I spoke with you. Give us a call if you want us to still write the estimate and send the photos!

    I appreciate the attempt to apologize, however the rope has already been cut. It also calls into question the sincerity of the apology. I do not believe/trust cars well being after the scuffle. It had been more than a week for an estimate thats all I wanted. I got my second estimate an hour and a half after I went to get one from you. They were able to get me it same day and in 30mins. Where as even now your approach feels more like a bear trap to even receive an estimate. So I decline. I wont let myself or my car be at risk over a paper numbers. Perhaps in the future people can just receive the estimate directly instead of being coerced through marketing and expecting a yes to even get the estimate.
