  Ordered product on 11/06/24. Paid for faster shipping at 2-4 business days. Emailed at 11 am, on business day 5 when tracking still wasnt showing that **** had the package. *** was the first carrier and said that label was created on 11/09 at 4:27am. Then a carrier change to **** on 11/09 at 7:28 am. No response from email with concerns about the package either being lost or not shipped. Emailed again at 6:15am to resend original email so that they would see it as priority. No response. Emailed again at 7:15 with a more threatening email that I would be contacting BBB. Response received later that night at 9:14pm est. stating Dear *****,We cannot control ********* We give estimates based on what they tell us.Please refuse the package when it arrives, and we will issue a full refund once we see its on its way back.Thank you,TamioFollowed by a second email at 9:42pm est. To clarify. Your first email wasnt two days ago. It was yesterday at 11am, your second email was today at 4:15am. And your third was today at 5:28pm. Three emails within 36 hours.We are a small, family-ran business. We try our best. Our shipping times are listed in the website as well (attached for your convenience). The shipping times quoted are in addition. Thank you,TamioWith that email showed their sites shipping policy which stated 1-3 business days which is what I paid for. So not only are they defensive and nasty, but incorrect in their own policy. Making it the costumers responsibility for tracking shipping. And not taking responsibility for their mistake in shipping. I simply want my order with a refund in shipping, or an entire refund. This is bad business practice. This is a warning for all hockey parents. They are combative, unresponsive, and dead wrong. They are not a friendly or good company.

  Dear Mr. ************************ seems to be a very unfortunate situation.  We are located in ********, ** and sell pressure washers, supplies and chemical.  We also provide pressure washer maintenance services.  We didn't receive any orders from you and ***** isn't a person who is employed with us.   It looks like this may be a product associated with "hockey," and that is not our line of business.  Maybe BBB filed this complaint with the wrong company?  I wish you the best with getting your situation resolved.
