    A New Year's Eve Party and advertised/sold tickets through All Events The ticket price was $402. The event was advertised: Location: Double Tree by Hilton Hotel in Westlake -Pool Party -Champagne Toast -Full Open Bar -Dinner Buffet -Music/Dancing -Hotel Room -Next Day Breakfast Buffet What occurred: We arrived in Westlake at the Double Tree to find out we had no reservations after a lot of phone calls we found out the event had been moved to the Wyndham Cleveland. We were told an email was sent out, but we never received an email (talking to other guests I was not the only one who did not receive an email and went to Westlake). -Location: Wyndham Cleveland (the hotel was dilapidated) -The pool/hot tub was open as normal (no party/no music) -The itinerary stated the doors for the event would open at 6:30 pm but they did not open until 7:15 pm -There was an announcement made that the bar would be an open bar until dinner and then turn into a cash bar -During the event the coordinator made an announcement a few days prior they found out the Wyndham kitchen would be closed (we found out it was shut down by the health department). She went on to say they had to decide to cancel the event or cater the food themselves and made the decision that they would be able to cater the food. -There was an announcement that if you wanted salad to go into the hallway. We waited over an hour and a half to get a salad and when we reached the salad station the toppings were empty, and they were out of many dressings. -At this point, I was very upset and requested a refund because the advertised event was nothing like what we were receiving. I was told to request a refund from where I bought the tickets and there would be no problem. Unfortunately, that did not turn out to be true. -We tried the food they were serving it was ice cold and inedible -The concert did not start until 11 pm because they had another gig -There was no breakfast served the next day
