Dan gave us a fair offer for a rental property that we were looking to part with. Dan had good communication with us from signing of contract to closing day! Fantastic people who helped us sell our house for a fair price and were very reasonable and understanding. Through their guidance we were able to have the fast turn around we were looking for as well as friendly and helpful staff throughout the process who made the transition as easy as can be! Wanted out of a 2nd mortgage. Made a call and Tony and his team did the rest. They took care of everything and answered all my questions and concerns I had. The whole experience was amazing.
