  Been using pivotal for home heating propane for 3 years and we just moved to another home where we don't require propane. Propane tank still has fuel in the tank that was paid for and the company refuses to reimburse us for unused propane. We paid for it, now they get to just take it and re-sell it? Complete fiasco of a company and their practices vary from conversation to conversation. We were told at one point in the last 3 years, we were told by various employees that unused propane would be reimbursed. This company is completely deceitful. I am considering a civil suit. Thank You for your time, I feel robbed.

  Thank you Mr. ******* for being a customer, we appreciate your business.  Our Operations Manager has tried to reach out to you by phone on 2-22-23, 2-23-23 and 2-28-23 on the number you have listed on this complaint. I, as well, the Owner of Pivotal Propane have also tried to contact you. We are trying to resolve this issue with you.  The tank at this residence was locked off on 2-23-23 so no one else can use it.  The tank only had 10% of propane left in it on 2-23-23.  Please reach out to us Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30 to resolve your complaint.
