I take an entire fleet of trucks to Integrity Auto for my business, along with all of our family cars. I am blessed to have found them as my business is directly affected by my trucks being on the road. **** and his staff always go above and beyond to help me with anything needed. I took my truck's other places until I found Integrity Auto. Now I won't go anywhere else. The owners communication and integrity is shown every time I am there.

If only zero stars was an option... My wife scheduled an appointment around 11am 5/5/23 for me to bring in my car on 5/8/23. I was told I would receive a text to confirm the appointment. And I did. One whole hour after they opened on 5/8. When I called to express my concerns (and, admittedly, some frustration) with the level of communication, (because this was NOT the first issue we've had with it), **** essentially told me "Too bad. Bring your car or don't." And then hung up on me and cancelled the appointment. When I still showed to the garage, he yelled at me, put his HANDS on me and then slammed the door very close to me as I left. He is a very narrow man with a very flawed perspective on how to treat people, let alone paying customers. As long as he is in charge (of a business called INTEGRITY, of all things), I would suggest we all take our business elsewhere.I wish I could post the video here of him yelling in my face. Disgraceful.

In a world full of people, this man is certainly difficult to love, and I fear he is unstable, possibly experiencing some kind of mental distress. Although we hadn't heard from him in many years, he called us yesterday angry, after receiving an automated confirmation text for an appointment his wife made with us. He began the conversation by attacking me on the phone, wanting to know why he wasn't sent any (additional) confirmation, and the conversation sadly dwindled into obscure ramblings about poor service he thought he received from us more than 3 years go. Stunned, I simply tried allowing him to rant, as anytime I tried speaking he yelled louder. Once he exhausted himself, I only asked, "What can I do for you, now?". At which time he laughed (rather scary), and only said he was coming up to my office to teach me how to run my business. I involved the police shortly after he arrived, as he was belligerent, and I feared he would become violent, as nothing I said seemed to reach him. He began recording me after the situation had escalated, got loud on both our parts, and he repeatedly refused to leave. While I was on the phone with the police, he still refused to leave, screaming over me about poor communication and his desire to "teach me a lesson". The moment the police indicated they were en route, he scurried away, again rambling, sometimes incoherently. For those who know us, we have delightfully served the needs of the community for many, many years, and love all those put in our path. Even this poor soul, we love, and sincerely hope he finds the help that he needs. (However, he has been banned from our property for the safety of our team, and will be arrested for trespassing if he returns.) This whole circumstance seems unwarranted...especially given that we've provided no service to him in over 3 years. We will continue to do our best to care for the needs of the community, and everyone who comes to us in the same way we've done since 2010..

**** lost my business 3 years ago because a brake job he had quoted at less than $300 suddenly became over $500 when I arrived to pay. No heads up. No confirmation to proceed if the job was bigger than he thought. And to make it worse, we still have the exact same problem with the brakes and have had ever since. **** lost my business 3 years ago because of a lack of communication, a lack of professional courtesy and, above all, a lack of INTEGRITY. When I didn't receive confirmation for this new appointment until after I was apparently already expected to be there, I called. I called with concerns, but ultimately I called seeking one thing: accountability. Now, there are three types of people when it comes to accountability: good men, who appreciate the value of it, bad men, who fear the cost of it, and then wicked men. Wicked men despise accountability and will do any number of unkind things- condescension, assault, harassment and character assassination, just to name a few- in hopes to stifle and silence those who seek it. I wish I had a recording of how I grew increasingly frustrated with ****'s condescension in our phone call (it would also be proof of how I never said anything about teaching anyone any "lesson"), but I do have a recording from the moment I stepped onto the property until just after **** put his hands on me for the THIRD time as I sat calmly in a chair and did nothing but comment on his poor attitude and document his assault (some of it was verbal as well). I also have screen shots of him harassing me via text message even after I made clear my wishes to no longer be in direct contact. And now we all have proof of his despicable attempt at character assassination. In short, I have all manner of proof that Integrity Auto Care is a bad business run by a wicked man. All **** can prove is what he seems intent to prove at every turn: How lowly he thinks of me for calling him out, and how lowly he thinks of the rest of his customers with his pandering, hypocrisy and blatant dishonesty.

Despite your outrageous claims, sir - I wish you nothing but the best in finding someone who can help you. Your continued attempts to goad me into giving continued credence to the ongoing silliness of your claims will not be responded to beyond this. Praying for peace for you in moving forward. Drive safe!

I've noticed two things through leaving reviews for this business. The first is that every single unsavory review for this business is met with very similar shades of pettiness, belittling, and condescension as I've received for my account. The second- and far more disconcerting- observation is that it seems all of us who receive this treatment are a different race and/or gender from the owner/operator. I only intended to recount my personal experience in the reviews I've left, but since my attention keeps being pulled back to these review pages it's becoming harder and harder to ignore the trends. I'm not saying any of this to persuade, merely to inform. Anyone who cares to can look them up and judge for yourself.

I took my car in and stated that it had a problem and wondered if it could be the catalytic converter. They called me to say my car was done and I asked if that was the problem. I was told they didnt know but replaced it because I said that was the problem and was charged $3000! Its been about a year and Im still having problems with this vehicles exhaust. I just took my car somewhere today and they called and asked if someone replaced the catalytic converter, because whoever did the work broke a bolt off and caused a leak. Integrity is the most dishonest, terrible mechanic Ive ever met. I havent returned since this incident, but there had been a few red flags prior to this with our other cars. Being new to the area I kept giving them another chance. Do yourself a favor and find someone else! Id give negative stars if that was an option.
