Contracted 6/7/22 with Father & Sons for $5,966 ($4,000 down) to schedule start date. (3 days cancellation ended 6/10). Called several times, no response till 7/29 informed wkrs to start 8/3. No show. Wkrs arrived 8/16. After removing toliet, vanity, window an floor to studs. I was informed it would cost another $990 to make shower fit, finish floor an replace water lines, then $60 (3) valves, $80 to texture walls to match. Called no response. After floor completed, shower installed, there were gaps in shower where dirt comes in. Vanity was put in wrong place, holes cut in vanity. No P-trap installed. Wood floor had spaces near wall. Bathroom door would not close, window not covered outside. Informed wkrs, told me they put silicone in cracks, moved vanity to original spot, rigged water lines to match holes cut in vanity. Put flex pipe under vanity, instead of P-trap., said not necessary. Put glob of white caulking on grey wood floor. Cut door off but hinges misaligned, door won't close. Told me no siding to match outside. Called several times, no response. 8/30 wkrs requested final pay. I refused full amt. an paid $1600 held back $366, tell window complete. Began calling, Mr ******, came by 10/11 with siding an we decided on a match. Called again after hearing nothing. Rec., call 11/1 stating it will take 6-8 weeks to get siding. Shower still yields dirt, ???, door won't close, window still uncovered. Total job $7,096. Been over 6 mths from start. I'm 69, with degenerative disc disease, which makes it difficult to get around. I saved to remodel bathroom for my birthday. I can't afford an attorney. I just want my remodel completed so I can enjoy the shower. Would ike contract honored and a refund for money gouged from me when I was vulnerable with floor, window out. I hope you can help. Thank you

The business stated they have been in contact with the consumer. The business had to reorder some siding and notified the customer of what was going on and will be completing the job when materials are received.

Accept if they will also be repairing the shower/bathroom door as there was no mention to either of these.  Extremely cold with air blowing in at the bottom of shower.  Will this also include refund of extra charges above the contracted agreement? Can an estimated date be provided as to siding arrival? Thank you

We apologize for the delay in the response. The owner Mr. ****** was not aware this was a new issue request. He was under the impression everything was resolved.in the previous issue reported. We would like to make contact with the customer to arrange an in-person appointment to review the situation and what needs to be resolved to bring an amicable conclusion for the homeowner. Please let us know if this is ok to move ahead with at this point.
