My fiance and I want** a gym we could go to and feel comfortable in. Obviously we couldn't the way these girls dress is so disrespectful. Was told by an employee couldn't wear a ** ***** shirt, but my fiance walks in to cancel his membership and there is an employee wearing a dark maga shirt how is that right. Thats discrimination. This is a woke gym. Nobody talks to anyone, you get looks and stares. Facilities is so filthy, employees standing around not doing anything. Let's talk about canceling memberships, you have to go in or send in a certifi** letter, they make it so hard to do when it should be simple. What happen** to the gyms we us** to go to where our bodies were cover** and not so revealing to where you can pretty much see everything. Some of the employees are very rude , I feel that co ** gyms are not good. We ne** gyms that are just for men and just for woman. I feel there should be a dress code. I could go on and on but I think you get the idea.

I had signed up for a membership on a month to month basis, I lost my job and wanted to cancel my membership and was shuffled around to multiple employees who didnt know the policies because I kept getting different stories. In the end I was told that I cannot cancel until I was a member for 3 months. I have called multiple times to speak with a manager but there is never a manager available because they are always in meetings and no matter how many messages are left they do not call back. I was deducted $113 today and I want to cancel but you can cancel online, I cant get ahold of a manager to give me accurate information. It should be advertised just a boldly as they specials that you have to sign up for a 3 month obligation before you can cancel. This company does not care and does not handle customers in a professional manner.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with (right besides AT&T)… I originally got a month to month membership that I only wanted for 2 weeks while I was in town taking care of my father after his heat surgery. I only wanted 2 months, but they told me it was a 3 month minimum to be put into the system and that I would get changed the yearly fee at the end of the year before I could cancel (this was in November) but after the end of Dec I could cancel with no issues. In January, I proceeded to call multiple times, emailed multiple times and even visited in person over the next 2 months and they continuously denied me the ability to cancel my membership!! I even went into my local Crunch Fitness which told me (they were unfortunately not connected) their locations policy is to email a manager and they can just cancel but because I didn’t sign up there, I couldn’t. If it’s that easy, why then must this location drag it out for 2 months to cancel a membership after multiple cyber and in-person attempts! This location does not care at ALL if you do not live in the city. You must come in to cancel or you have to pay to mail a certified letter! I will not give this company another DIME! Especially after I already paid gas to come in and the claimed a manager would not be available and they couldn’t not help me until the next day. This whole operation feels like a scam to take peoples money kn monthly fees or late fees. They are all fine and dandy while your there but you are NEVER ALLOWED TO LEAVE!!!! Never get a contract with Thai company!!!

This is the best gym I have ever been to. Spotless! The employees are so nice. The manager is so caring. I had some concerns about my annual fee, spray tan ect and she spent so much time on the phone with me explaining everything in so much depth. Crunch is lucky to have someone that will spend so much time, not for one second sounding annoyed with my constant questions. 5 stars all day!

I’ve had a membership here for almost a year now, never had any problems. Today I had an issue with the billing so I decided to call in and the phone was passed off to the apparent General Manager, told me her name was ****. **** talked with the utmost disrespect as I tried to explain that a similar issue happened last month and I was told a note was put onto my account to resolve said issue. So I had an attempted charge of $25 and some change when my membership is $10/monthly. She told me I was yelling.. which I was not. She also repeatedly spoke over top of me not allowing me to get a word in at all. She said “it’s not MY fault you didn’t have the money in your account and got charged a late fee. I didn’t make your account have insufficient funds” … ew. Who speaks like that to a PAYING CUSTOMER??? That’s disgusting and disrespectful behavior, no “manager” should be speaking that way. To anyone. I was then given an outside number so I can take care of the gyms mistake on my monthly membership payment. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I’ve worked at a gym and I’ve gone to the gym for many years and I can’t say I’ve ever been spoken to like that. **** is lucky I’m at work. I will be sure complain about her every single time I come to the gym from here forward. I hope she finds a better path of life for herself since she is clearly a miserable human in the wrong job.
