Paid ****** $10,000 to do my floors on a *****sqft we got wood plank in Aug 14 2024 he started the floors and it is now November 11 2024 and my floor is still not finished. We cant even install our kitchen counters or sinks in kitchen or bathroom this is terrible.Bob's Express Carpet & Flooring LLC Response

Unfortunately ***** Express carpet and flooring were subjected to a property scam. I apologize that this person is able to social media slander me. You can see by all of my reviews that I don't do what I was accused of. All contracts need to watch out for this, I thought I was smart enough not to fall for it but ****** is good at what he does. There was a $6000 bathroom remodel done in that $10,000 project that he is not including. Flooring is done but he has thousands of dollars of structural issues and tried to get me to do that. Hopefully everyone who sees this understands that us retailers are at risk to scams all day long. Please call me if you have any questions about this negative review.Review from Scott B.
