  Moved into the apartment and have had nothing but issues pest , water damage , not properly fixing things I have children both whom have asthma and Cabot be in moldy conditions and such , we had a flood and they have not contacted us about any repairs any help , accommodations , we’re told we don’t have to pay rent and I’ve already paid for September , they have no fans no hvac nothing has been done it’s the hottest day we have no home everything is water damaged and he got kid on the phone very unprofessional and atleast 4 family in my building alone are out of a home and all of our belongings I am going to take more pictures for the after damage most of those pictures are from my move in and was told they would fix and never did now our home is flooded and we just have to “deal with it”

  The tenant moved into the Apartment on 2/1/2023.  We do not have any documentation that there was anything other than a problem with the kitchen sink area and that was corrected and have nothing written in our office.  The present problem happened on 8/22/2023 thru 8/23/2023 with the torrential rains that morning and had water in her apartment and many others.  We received the phone call at approximately 5am and myself and maintenance person went to the complex to find about an inch and half of water in that entire hallway with 3 other units.  When first arriving to the complex the parking lot was also flooded and could not see any of the drains.  After a while the parking lot finally began to drain and also then the floor drain in the laundry room finally also began to drain the water.  We began calling mitigation companies immediately and leaving messages for the first one to show to get something going on.  Only one company contacted me and they were fully booked up so the representative could not even meet up until 8/24/2023 to look at the problems.  All their equipment was out on other properties due to the extensive in the are statewide.  They finally were able to get some people free to come out on 8/25 and 8/26 to extract as much water that they could.  Have had the company out making arrangements and trying to figure out the extent of damages to the complex the last 3 days but still have not been able to have the manpower and equipment to start tearing things out and putting in equipment for the mitigation.  Finally today one of the other restoration companies called to see if we found someone to do it because they were possibly in a position for them but the first company has already started.  The first company is hoping that manpower and equipment to be available tomorrow to start tearing things out and having equipment to dry.

  We have approached all effected units that we will give them their deposit and months rent to vacate the unit and turn in their keys and end the lease.  This particular unit also has a credit so the sum to her is $1650.00. Unit ** is moving her belongings out now.
