  I went to donate plasma today 9/13/22, in their book it stats that you can donate whenever you want as long as its only twice in a week, in my mind a week starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday, just like any other persons week, they decided to feed me some ******** about its not a new week, i have to donate on Wednesdays and Fridays, and i kept stating thats not what it says in your book for donating, so one of the nurses tried getting cocky and goes it may be a different week but your body doesnt know its a new week yet, with which i responded im sorry my mind is part of my body and it does know its a new week, tried to showed them in their book that it doesnt stat i must donate on the same days every week, they called the manager/owner down thinking just because the manager/owner says the same thing im going to back down, i yet again stated word for word what it says in their book, they continued to give me the same ******** so i finally stated how ive had an issue every week for the last month in some way or another going through them so i said i wouldnt be back, turned around to walk out the door and the manager/owners says as loud as she can she will just permanatly differ me then, i turned around and asked for what? when she said it a second time i stated go ahead i'll just sue the **** out this place then, came home and contacted the BBB.

  Mr. *** presented to donate plasma on 09/13/22 at our facility. He was too early to make a donation.   According to federal regulations regarding plasma donation, you can only donate plasma two times in a seven day period with a minimum of one day between each donation.  According to Mr. ***'s complaint, in his mind a week starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday.  This is not true for our facility.  Our days open are Tuesday-Saturday.  Tuesday begins a new week at our facility.  That being said, a donor who donates on Tuesday typically has a return date of Thursday and so on.  As for my nurse being cocky, it is our duty to inform all donors of the rules and regulations regarding donation procedures.  As you can see from Mr. ***'s statement he is argumentative and uses profanity, which he behaved in this manner at our center.  He has ***n counseled previously on his behavior.  When Mr. *** stated he would not be back I offered to permanently defer him, which is up to management's discretion.  After his behavior with my nurse and also myself, and his statement regarding "suing the **** out of this place" in front of other donors, management made the decision to part ways with Mr. ***.  We pride ourselves on having a positive relationship with all of our donors and showing mutual respect and unfortunately this is not the type of behavior from a donor we will allow in our facility.
