            To whom it may concern,After trying to contact the representative(s) of Weather Ready Roofing (*****************) for over a week via both email and phone calls about the unsuccessful completion of scope of work that was PAID IN FULL per agreement between myself the homeowner and ***** at our residence I have been met with no response from the company.As per the agreement in person, via text messages as well as captured by home surveillance video/audio of which ***** representing Weather Ready Roofing LLC agrees to complete the fence build and roofing repair for the payment he (*****) received and services have not been completed (as admitted by ***** himself in mentioned above media) ;I am filing a complaint against Weather Ready Roofing LLC and ***************** with the Better Business Bureau in effort to recoup my money for the project at hand for the roof repair and the repairing of the poor installation of the fence that was done which will already need repairs.
