I hired this company to replace my front porch concrete steps.I had a fish pond within the perimeter of the steps, which was destroyed by them.They supported the concrete off of the side of my pond.I came home after they poured the concrete with my pond completely emptied with muck water left, the filter not working, and several rocks and debris thrown inside my pond.I called the owner,James up that late evening asking him "What the **** happened to my pond?"I had this pond for 6 years with the same 3 fish.James did not value my "small" paying job nor failed to see what issues I saw. He sent his father out after I was threatened with a lien on my house even though I still had issues with my steps. I told him none of my steps were even, leveled, or squared up. James sent his father out for several hours to fix them.3 weeks later they cracked on all 3 sides and asked for him to fix the gouge out of my porch that was patched, then was told that the gouge was there before they started the job, and didn't see an issue with having to fix this. If you patched it and it fell out, you should be willing to fix it. I told him that I was going to have another concrete company and/or contact BBB to see what they think. James responded via text "Well, just to be honest, I don't care what they say.... I've done 0 wrong. You are being totally ignorant right now. I have an A+ rating with them. I'm sure I'll keep it that way. Not sure what's making you so mad and hostile. You've dealt with nothing, I actually went out of my way to come back out multiple times to keep you happy. You just keep it coming though. That's usually how it goes with a customer that I can't keep happy. Gave you a 6k job for 3k." I am not rich nor have money to blow on redoing jobs, I already paid for.I held my end of the deal and got amateur work while being bullied to pay when I was not satisfied by how they disrespected my property with no help in getting my pond fixed or having beautiful front porch steps!
