I was leary of the low price on a ****** ***** **** **** that was not available at the present time but was encouraged to place a $1000 deposit to have first choice when it was suppose to be delivered mid March. It has not been delivered, my financial situation has changed and I requested my name be removed and my deposit refunded. RV Nation will not refund, they have not done or lost anything, but say it is non-refundable. AVOID this dealership. Read the Bett Business Bureau - (grade D-) complaints and look at their 1.5 star rating from customers. They are wolves in sheep's clothing. BAD KARMA IS BAD BUSINESS.

    Hi *****,

I looked into this. ******* ************ came to us on our website on Nov 28, 2021, at 12:17 pm requesting pricing on our campers. (Beginning email Chain Attached) He exchanged emails, texts, and phone calls with his salesperson. After 2 and a half months of off-and-on talks with his salesperson, ******* ************ decided to order/purchase a new **** **** **** camper which was one of the models he had been looking at over the months. On Feb 12, 2022, at 1:49 pm the salesperson emailed over the complete purchase/order forms with all the terms of sales. At 2:54 pm the same day ******* ************ opened up the documents and looked them over. Two days later on 2/14/2022 at 10:24 am ******* ************ finally signed and returned everything. (See Audit Trail Page attached)  He had the docs for two days to look them over so there were no surprises. He even sent over a copy of his driver's license for proof of I.D like the Docs told him to so I'm sure he read them. This camper he wanted was taken off the market for weeks and not offered to other customers who might have bought it.

*****, as you know the BBB already has a copy of our company's purchase order that we use on file and it states in a few different spots that the deposit is not refundable. Attached is the purchase order & terms of sale form signed by ******* ************ which states that the deposit is not refundable in a few different places. The signed docs show that ******* ************** email was used to open the purchase order and sign the purchase order and the IP address that was used along with a date and time stamp. ******* ************ even sent the BBB a copy of the terms of sale page for this complaint and puts in Brackets one of the areas that even starts off saying "A Non-refundable deposit is required to place a Hold or Factory Order on a new RV with our company" so he knows he is in the wrong. He is just coming to the BBB to try and slander our company for something he knew about and agreed to.

A few days before ******* ************ new camper was set to be delivered to us by the RV factory he decided to cancel which was his choice to do and forfeit his deposit. While I understand things happen in life and people change their minds but this is a big part of the reason companies have people sign a purchase/order form and put down a Non-Refundable deposit when they are ordering a high-cost item. If ******* ************ chooses to purchase a camper in the next year with us as hopefully, things get better for him then we will gladly re-apply their deposit to a new camper here as a good faith effort to work with them. He can just get with one of our salespeople and they will be glad to help start that process when he is ready. But once again the deposit is not refundable.

    Best regards,

RV Nation has not refunded my $1000.00 deposit I placed months ago on an undelivered ****** ***** **** ****. In reading other reviews this Dealership has used this practice before on other victims. They say the RV is being built and it will be delivered but never comes. Also they have done nothing and can't lose business on a vehicle they do not even have in their possession. They are not entitled to my $1000.00 - I want it refunded.
