Called about a listing on a 2024 Ford F-250 Super Duty Crew Cab. Picture and details were on a TValor truck priced at $86,610.00 Called back after I had notified my bank and set everything into motion. They then sent me a price of over $ 110,000.00 These people are snakes. Lure you in and then change the prices. B E W A R E....Now I see why they have a 1 star rating. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Horrible experience, poor management, they don't act like they care! I wouldn't advise anyone to buy a car here. They don't return calls, they don't try to fix anything! This place is a joke! It should be against the law for them to even sell cars, let alone be in business. The help has gone completely out the window. The sales manager must be family or know someone, she is very unprofessional, she never ever return calls or help you with anything, nothing! Do not buy a car there, this is a warning. I wish someone would have told me. BAD BAD dealership/company. Can't find anyone in the whole dealership who would address my/fix any of my problems/concerns! No one! I have filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office. My steering is off, I have a 2020, my tires looked used, I left it there in service for 2 days and ended up with a ding/scratch on my vehicle, not addressed yet, no concern/return call at all. I have been there so many times. My lane keeping system comes on when I don't have it on, it scared me so bad and I had my disabled husband in the car with me, I call them about it, ask me if I got a response? No, I never do. I will put 1 star, although they don't deserve any stars, only because I guess you have to pick something. The way this dealership is doing should be against the law. I know that hey should be held accountable for what they are doing. They must not read the reviews, because they aren't doing any better, and or they just really don't care!

Do NOT do business here, they will rip you off. My daughter took her car here due to a check engine light. The technician told her that she had coolant in cylinder 2 and that she needed a new engine for $7000. She took her car to another shop and they saw no signs of coolant in the engine, and no coolant in the oil. Coolant system was holding pressure just fine. They switched the spark plug from cylinder 2 to another one and had a miss fire out of that cylinder. Changed all spark plugs and no more miss fire or code trips. There was no signs of cracked block or any indication that the engine needed replaced. No stored codes for engine overheat. She called and spoke with the service manager and the manager was defending her technician saying he would not lie, but he did. If your coolant systems drops 13 psi then you have no pressure in the system and would be either leaking coolant out all over the ground, or if its going in her engine white smoke would be pouring out of the exhaust, neither of witch happened. THEY ARE LIERS and just wanted to pull one over on a young woman. Do not do business with this dealership for anything.

I was sold a 2013 Ford C Max Hybrid back in March 2021 and I was told by a mechanic and by Dave Arbogast (who I bought the car off) that the transmission is going out and it will cost anywhere from 6,300 to 7,400 to fix it and the car is only valued at 4,000 and I still owe 8,400. I didn’t buy an extended warranty and Dave Arbogast will not help me out at all other then trying to put me in another vehicle where the payments would be over 500.00, which I can’t afford. I feel like they sold me a “lemon” and they are not standing behind their vehicles!
