  Feb,17, 2024,amount paid was *********, **** Auto Sales **********************************************

  I Traded him my Car, a 2013 **** Focus for a 2006 ****** tacoma the Truck start vibrating so bad it was hard to keep it on the road. I call him and they said that there was nothing wrong with the truck so we took it to a ****** dealership in *****, Ohio ********  they place the tacoma on the rack and found that the frame was altered and the motors mounts and Transmission mounts were bad and they said that the motor and transmission could fall out at anytime. I told **** but he said there was nothing wrong with the tacoma.

  I want him to refund my money I paid for the truck. The Auto loan is through ******************** I didn't sign any as is form. All the contact that has been done is by us on trying to get **** to make it right .**** has never made an effort or any attempt to make things right at all. We asked *************************** if it was safe to drive, and he said no, it's not safe that the motor and transmission could fall out at any time and hurt whomever is in the truck and badly . **** has endangered mine and my fiance life. If you more information contact me ************. **** stated that he replace frame and that not the true.He welded it but the whole frame need replace and the motor mounts and Transmission mounts are bad plus the windshield is broke and the carrier bear is bad.

  MR FISH STOPPED AT HUPP AUTO CENTER AND LOOKED AT THE 2004 TOYOTA.AFTER TEST DRIVING AND EXAMINING THE ***** HE PURCHASED IT.HE DECLINED A WARRANTY THAT WAS OFFERED AND PURCHASED AS IS.HE DID BRING IT BACK A COUPLE DAYS LATER FOR BRAKE WORK WHICH WAS DONE. A SET OF WIPER BLADES WERE ALSO INSTALLED.HE SEEMED TO BE SATISFIED WHEN HE LEFT THAT DAY.AFTER ABOUT A WEEK OR SO HE CAME BACK COMPLAINING ABOUT THE *****.WE OFFERED TO TAKE THE ***** BACK ON TRADE AND THOUGHT MORE THAN ONCE HE WAS SATISFIED WITH THAT BUT A WOMAN WITH HIM KEPT INTERFERRING WITH HIS DECISION TO TRADE.I FEEL WE HAVE TRIED TO REMEDY THIS AND ARE STILL WILLING TO TRADE WITH HIM.THE VEHICLE HE TRADED IN HAD A LEIN ON IT WHICH **** AUTO PAID OFF FOR HIM.I CERTAINLY WANT A SATISFIED CUSTOMER AND TAKE PRIDE IN KEEPING OUR LONG TIME REPUTATION GOOD.I HAVE A VERY GOOD SELECTION OF VEHICLES IN STOCK AND *********** IS WELCOME TO STOP BY SO WE CAN TRY TO MAKE A TRADE WITH HIM.
