We had them put new roof on our home last March and they did an excellent job! They were quick to get it done. They cleaned up afterwards very well and even made sure it was to our satisfaction when they were finished.

We had a room addition built on our 30 year old brick home and I was pleased on all of there work , even finding brick to match the original. The work turned out outstanding and over and above what I expected . I highly recommend FB WISE as a great contractor and plan on using them again . They were terrible. Lock doesn't work, interior not painted correctly. Trim doesn't match up. Took for ever for them to do the job. Finally did the job and it looks like a child did the work. I am so disappointed. However, they want there money right then. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Dear Ms M********, We regret your disappointment with our work but we are quite puzzled that the project has been completed since February 10th, but not you, your husband, or your son have made any attempt to contact us with your disappointment or to demand your concerns be rectified. The project certainly did take longer than any of us anticipated; custom-order items are expected to take a bit longer; but the inability of the manufacture to secure materials to make their products in a timely manner was something only patience could overcome, and we appreciated your gracious understanding. Upon project completion, the door lock was working. There was no interior painting to be done by us; painting was credited toward your door upgrade & noted in an email. On-site our professional worked with & spoke to Mr M******** & was advised that your son was to be doing the caulk-work on the newly installed trim & all the drywall & paint work. The installed trim did not match that of the late 1940’s painted-over trim that exists, but the trim used was approved before it’s installation by Mr M********. There was, however, an approximately 8-to-10-inch piece of trim missing at the floor to one side of the newly installed door that our professional was advised not to worry about, your husband believed he already had some of that style he could install. As a realtor & business owner yourself; you understand contracts & willfully signed ours for this work. Within it, payment terms and balances due immediately upon job completion are clearly defined. Our invoices also state payment due within 10 days of the invoice date to avoid late fees. Our records show that payment was not received until 15 days after completion & not until you were notified that the fee was being added for late payment. You contacted me to advise payment had been mailed & I set the invoice aside so the fee would not be imposed. However, even at that time? Not a word about disappointment or child-like workmanship. We truly want our customers satisfaction and wish you, your husband, or your son would have come forth with concerns. As we have done for over 45 years; we stand behind our work 100%.
