Medina Swarm Agility accused me falsely stating in an email that I and another individual made a post onto their *B page that goes against their rules. I had not posted anything onto their page, they never stated who the other individual was they mentioned. I emailed right back explaining I had not made any posts that day, nor ever, and that they are falsely accusing me. Swarm then responded that my involvement with competitors and running events or participating in other clubs events is not the benefit of Swarm and demanded it ceases immediately. I once again explained Swarm is falsely accusing me and the professionalism of their emails are alarming since they have not shown me any proof of their accusations. Their response was threatening my membership that I paid for online to them. With that I informed them they are not an *** Club and for them to be using the *** Logo for training events to make money without formally getting *** Approval to use such a logo was wrong. That's when Swarm responded stating Brewed Stone Aussies was the one that advertised an event on their business website taking advantage of our SEO (whatever that is?) and coverage numbers to advance a competitor. So they admitted it wasn't me and it was someone else!!! They continued to state a text I sent to a volunteer was **** filled which I never texted any volunteer. Again no proof was ever provided of their accusations. And they threatened my membership. I responded to go for it because I was not going to sit here and be reprimanded for what someone else did nor be accused of texting volunteers and they are in the wrong!!! There response was Swarm taking my membership from me. I responded informing them of how at a *** Trial held there, ***************************** was throwing a temper tantrum yelling the **** Bomb about a competitor that was wrongfully informed of a class rule with kids standing there and other competitors with the Trial Secretary right there amongst the public and that competitor spent money to lose points because once again ***************************** thinks she knows everything even when the trial secretary texted the *** coordinator the ruling and they responded back that ***** was wrong and I, a Course ******** for ***, were correct. In my response to Swarms email I stated I wanted a full refund since it was only March 13 and I was being wronged on more than one account. They stated there are no refunds that I signed a policy form which I hadn't and asked once again for proof of that and was sent a blank form but on that form it states nothing about what they were accusing me of anyways!!! Before all of this, ***************************** and I were working on setting up a class once a week to help individuals to get their dogs prepared for upcoming *** ATT Test Titling and TDI Certification. During that discussion she had mentioned she needs to check with the board. I had asked her who are the board members because nobody has ever mentioned board members nor is that information anywhere to be found. Thats when she blew up at me and accusing me of causing trouble. This was all done on *B messenger, and yes i have screen shots of all of those messages and emails that were sent to me by a ************* , Operations Manager but once ***** on *B Messenger realized she was wrong and admitted there is no tone in messages I repeated the question of who are the board members. She sent me a list of individuals all out of state and ************* was not on that list. I have not received any proof of anything they've stated I did nor signed. I have been blocked by ***** on *B, removed from the Swarm Agility *B Page, and blocked from sending ************* emails which is the only way I know how to reach this individual. They blocked me immediately when I stated I wanted to see financial records since they claim they're a 501c3. Last week another member of theirs received an email from ***** which she sent so I could go through her email address and get through to ***** who responded she is refusing any refunds. So here I am filing this complaint to get my membership fees back. As I have said...I have written proof from the Trial Secretary on how ***** was yelling the * word at *** Trials with kids and the public around...how ***** has told her to not accept any entry forms from me for *** Trials and she has never known any ************* or any other board members. Copies of all the emails and *B messages of ***** blowing up at me over nothing..and that was not just one account. In the email it shows their only form of proof which was a black form and no other proof of any of their claims ever provided to me. And as for Brewed Stone Aussies...I've spoken with them as well and their membership enrollment was never fulfilled by Swarm and no proof was ever sent to them either and will be filing a complaint as well.

We are a private non profit. As a member she agreed to our code of conduct and policies of no refunds and certain demands of behavior and ethics. Her member money has been donate to a local rescue as is our policy. ******* Mission has received her fee. Her dismissal from our group has nothing to do with the fraudulent seizing of our website but the abuse of a volunteer with obscene language and harassment.
Her behaviors and conduct are not welcome and created a toxic environment. Other members in good standing registered complains against her also. The board decides she was to be removed. She was send copies of policies she agreed to. This move is just more of her continuing harassment.
