    Has hired to install a uv water filtration system for the whole house, I bought a house and the water was bad so the previous owner had to hire a plumber to install it, I was insured it would solve the problem, the plumber acted like he knew what he was doing, well from the first day it was installed there was problems with it, he came out two times, well the last day he came out he unplugged the system and said he was waiting on a part to come in to fix it, so I waited 2 weeks with no water. He wouldn't answer or return my calls or texts. It's been 4 months, I had to hire another plumber to come and fix what he put in. Everything the first plumber installed had to be taken out it was all wrong from the size of pipes to how it was installed. If he does this once he definitely will again, he was paid by the previous owner, and definitely doesn't stand behind his work. So beware

    Called Mr. ***** on Friday April 8, 2022 at 9:02 AM. The customer was using severe profanity throughout the whole conversation. He challenged me to come to his home to "call him a liar". A few minutes later he hung up on me. My 23 year old son was present and heard the whole incident. His comment about leaving him without water is not true. There was a issue with the UV system detecting poor clarity from the water supply and shutting off the water to the house. It was unclear if it was a defective lamp or suspended solids in the water. I was on the phone with tech support for nearly 30 minutes while Mr. ***** was there with me. The tech had me disable the auto shut off device but the UV lamp was still operating. He claimed Friday that he did not know that, even though he was listening to my call with tech support as I was using speaker phone during the conversation. I explained it to him as well. His UV was still functioning and the water was on, but the auto shut being disabled prevented the water from being shut off completely. The conversation only lasted 6 minutes before he disconnected.

    Yes I was upset when he called, it has been over 4 months since he was at my house when he shut down the system and yes he was told by the rep. Ok to shut down but only for a short time. Not 4 months, and how was i suppose to know if water was good if system was not on, I had to pay another plumber to come and fix it. I called the same rep. He talked to and got the same part in two weeks. So don't tell me you are still waiting on a part for 4 months. And I called ,texted him several times trying to find out if he was even coming back. He is the one that recommended the system to be put in the house not me . I was not suppose to have to pay the previous owner was so when I had to pay over 1000 dollars to fix the system he didn't know anything about, but recommended it. Yes I was upset and still upset. But for someone to turn it off and not even respond to my calls until I file complaint over 4 months
