I hired Deck Works to build a back deck and front porch with a metal tin roof. The wood used to build the support for the tin roof is in poor condition and the roof itself is not done properly. Water is leaking. In Addition, he broke a stone step at my house when he was sawing wood on it. I told Deck Works about these issues and other issues. He came out and put a strip of tape on the top of the tin roof, which is not any kind of suitable repair and used adhesive to try to put my stone back together, which is bad looking and also will not last to hold the stone together. I would like a professional stone repair company to come out and fix it at Deck Works cost, and I would like the front porch as far as the roof and wood underneath supporting it repaired. If they are not willing to repair, I would like the $3000 back that I paid for the roof so I can have someone else come in and replace the wood and make the roof in good condition so that it is not leaking. Thank you.
