    My problem with a gun that fell apart and has lifetime warranty they at Faxon agreed to replace 2 weeks ago know they will not respond to voicemail e mail said it could take up to 5 days or longer if keep calling sounds like an excuse to blow you off read reviews found 1 where took money and did the same thing bad qs

    In october of 2021 i purchased a drop in pistol barrel for a sig p365 pistol. this means the barrel requires no modifications you can strictly replace the factory barrel with the faxon barrel and you should be good to go. i have only shot 350 rounds of target ammo through the gun with this barrel and it is showing wear on the underside of the barrel and also causing excessive wear on the slide of the firearm. i do not think this should be happening i made faxon aware of this issue initially on march 8th by email and received an email back saying a ticket had been created and forwarded to their customer service dept. and someone would be contacting me within 3-5 business days. i have subsequently tried through 2 more emails and one voice mail to make contact with no success. my order number from date of purchase on 10/20/21 was ***** the barrel price was $195.00.

    Here is the message that we just sent to the customer:

    Hi *******,

    My greatest apologies for the delay!  Unfortunately, I'm currently the only CS rep so it is taking quite some time for me to catch up to all of the inquiries we receive (and occasionally some get past me when trying to respond to all of them).

    The barrel is fully covered under our warranty and I can replace it for you.  While we do hold tight tolerances on our barrels for better accuracy, they should not wear differently than the stock barrels (though I'm not 100% sure how the hardness on the SIG slides compares to the hardness on the barrels with the TiN PVD so it is possible that wear could occur if the slide is not quite as hardened as the barrel).  

    If you would prefer a refund, I can also do that.  Either way, I will just need you to confirm your preferred shipping address and let me know if you would prefer to return the barrel or have it replaced.

    I was ordering my faxon compensator from their website, kept getting a error message saying they couldn’t process my order and to try again. I kept trying till the 8th time it worked. Got my confirmation email saying it was on the way. Checked my bank account the next morning and they charged me for every time I got a error message. So basically was charged almost $1,000 for a $100 compensator. One of the worst customers service experiences I have ever had. I have filled out many contact forms and called their customers service number that nobody will ever answer just to leave a message that will never be returned. But I had my email before this issue responded within a day when I was asking about buying something but when you have $1,000 missing then you have to wait over 6 days to get a response .This whole experience has been a nightmare and a financial disaster for me. I wouldn’t recommend faxon to anybody after this

    We are sorry to hear that this happened to Mr. ******* We can see that he did try to make a purchase 7 times with no success. This was due to the fact that our system was detecting that his address didn't match. This is a fraud protection that is setup by our credit card processing company. His 8th attempt was sucessful. Mr. ****** was given a message to reach out to his bank. This is not something that we control. Here is a copy of the message that he received:

     

    Status: Error (Your billing information does not match your credit card. Please check with your bank.)
