    Owner of the business came to my house to hang a TV on the wall. The hanging bracket was already in place and the TV just needed to be hooked up and hung. During the time the owner was at my home, he was extremely rude, arrogant and condescending. He said whoever hung the bracket in the first place, which was eight years ago, did a really crappy job. I told him that I had hung the bracket myself. Even after he found that, he continued to bash me about how it was put up. But in the eight years it was hanging my old TV up, it never failed once. When the TV was hung and plugged in, he took the remote looking for the Internet connection. I told him to select a connection that said hobo. He said that was kind of stupid. I then informed him that that was the name of the best dog I had ever had in my life and that he had passed away. His attitude still did not change of how stupid that name was. Throughout the entire visit he treated me like I was a complete idiot. He was at my house no more than 50 minutes. When I asked him how much I owed him, he looked right at me and said $125. In shock, I replied back, really? He looked at me and said yep really. He could tell I was in shock at his suggested price so then he lowered it to $90. All for that little bit of time. I will never ever call him back and I suggest anyone else looking to hire him, think twice. His full name is Mark Mason, from Mason TV repair.
