Ordered a $6,000 glass rail system. Supposed to be turnkey order, but missing posts, bolts, screws, post caps, railing caps. To make matters more confusing, we received extra hardware for continuous glass mount instead of individual glass panel mounts. Frustration mounted when we couldn't get a knowledgeable railing person to talk with us on the phone about the hardware issues.Review from Jeanette R

We purchased a 4 x 6 gym mirror and would not order from them ever again. Missing hardware, replacement hardware, which I had to request multiple times still not correct. Since I would actually like to hang the mirror I am just going to purchase correct (if I can determine what the correct hardware is since the installation guide is not helpful at all) hardware on our own because honestly it is just not worth the effort to wait several more weeks to get incorrect hardware a third time.

Although the order was not directly purchased from us, we took it upon ourselves to assist the customer by going above and beyond. Upon learning about the issue, we immediately took action and shipped the necessary hardware parts to replace what was lost. However, we regret that the customer remains unsatisfied despite our efforts. We value all our customers and their satisfaction is our priority. I had issues when the mirrors arrived. I worked with Pete in their customer service department. Pete was very helpful and worked hard to do what he could to solve the problem. Pete was very prompt in all his responses. He was also kind and professional. I hope Fab Glass and Mirror keeps Pete. He is an excellent represenative. Thanks Pete. **** *******Review from Steven H

I'll admit I was skeptical about ordering a complete 4'x4' glass shower enclosure kit online. I was afraid of shipping damage, completeness/correctness of hardware, product quality, and fabrication tolerances. I had NO issues with the service or products provided by Fabglass. Their design and customer support contacts answered emails immediately, assisted me in designing a custom shower enclosure for my out-of-level room, and kept me apprised of the fabrication schedule and shipping. The lead time was only about 2 weeks, during Covid. The glass was so well-packed that it survived the freight shipper's rough handling w/o any damage. The fabricator Fabglass used (Midwest) did an incredible job. They held better than 1/16" tolerances even on panels that had scribe cuts. The glass is optically perfect and has no waves or scratches in it. The edge bevels and polish are all flawless as well. My wife and I DIY installed this 4'x4'x79" enclosure and it looks like a pro did it. I am so grateful that a company supports DIY shower enclosures, as this is not a common task for a DIY'er to take on, but I prefer to do all my own work.
