    Andy W****** gave me a quote $11250 to build my patio. He asked for 1/3 of payment so he can order material. I paid him $4000 via check on last week of August 2022. He said he would start the work 3rd-4th week of Sept 2022. I reached out to him 2nd week of Sept to see if he is on schedule to start the work. After calling him each of of the week, he finally picked up my phone and said his wife is having surgery so he can start the work 1st week of Oct. I reached back to him asking for an update 1st week of Oct, he doesnt respond to phone calls even though I called him every day of the week. After a week he picked up my call and told me he will start 3rd week of Oct 2022. I called him 3rd week of Oct, he didnt pick up my calls. I called him weekdays, everyday, but he just doesnt answer the call or respond to texts. I finally told him to give me an update or give my money back via text. He responded that he will start the work Oct 31 or few days late in Nov. I said that wont work and I want my money back for which he just doesnt respond. I heard from another resident in my community that Andy took money from him in March 2022 and not answering his calls either or giving any updates when he will do the work. Please help getting me refund. Thank you.

    Respected sir/Madam, I have paid $1000 as advance to Andy W******, Blue Spruce Landscaping, on Feb 22, 2022 to build the patio back of my house. He cashed the check on Feb 23, 2022. Andy W****** promised me to start the work as early as the spring starts. But so many calls and text messages, (most of the time I am not able to reach him or get no reply for my text message) he is keeps on postponing the dates. This is already end of August, still he did not start the work. So, I lost the trust in him and requested for the refund. He has not paid my money back still now. And he is not giving any commitment that he will pay back my money.
