I had a horrible experience at Roush Honda. Roush Honda gave me such a hard time and basically refused to lease me a car. After I waited a month for the car to be built and shipped to the dealer. This was my 4th lease and I have NEVER been treated this way. I sm a single black female and I believe that was the problem. I asked the salesman why he said he did not know after speaking with *** ***** in finance and General Manager ******* ****. There still has been no answer. No reason. Just a run around. I finally went to ******* Honda where I was in and out with a car in one hour What a absolute humiliating and degrading experience I had at Roush Honda in *********** ****.

Ms. *******, We apologize for the inconvenience that you experienced when you came to pick up your new vehicle. This inconvenience was due to a miscommunication about whether or not we could accommodate your request to change the payment date on your lease contract. This was in no way discrimination, it was an inconvenience, and for this we apologize. We made attempts to contact Honda ****************** to request this payment date change, but unfortunately the request was unable to be accommodated. We also made an attempt to pay for your first month's lease payment because you were inconvenienced, but this was not satisfactory for you.
After completing an intense internal investigation process, we maintain the position that we apologize for your inconvenience, but in no way was this discrimination. We are still willing to write you a check for the amount of your first month's payment if you will accept this.

Went into the dealership today to replace my 2022 Honda Pilot that’s lease is almost up. The salesperson, ***** was a pilot, ****. I wanted to look at a Honda Pilot trail sport or elite and he wanted me to look at a Touring. While this was fine, it’s not a vehicle I’m interested in. He decided to tell me how things work like this is my first vehicle purchase. Don’t understand how their website says they have 100 Pilots available and you can only look at one that you’re not considering. It’s unbelievable how poor this experience was today. I’ve talked to sales people on the phone from this dealership with positive experience before but Mr ***** put a sour taste in my mouth. I’ll never buy a car from this dealership. Worst experience ever. Made sure to let the managers know before leaving I wasn’t happy with them.

Ryan, Thank you for sharing your recent experience, and I'm sorry to hear that it fell short of your expectations. Your feedback is valuable, and I appreciate you bringing it to our attention. I apologize for any inconvenience caused by the lack of flexibility in exploring the specific Honda Pilot models you were interested in. We'll address this internally to improve our customer service approach. Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback.

I took my car in to get a new battery and a leaking transmission line replace. Roush Honda in Westerville, Ohio deliberately broke the brackets on the new line. I have pictures and videos. They replaced another transmission line and broke the clips that secured the line and didn’t replace them. The 2 lines are just dangling there. I was shocked when I looked at it actually. I Contacted them and let them know I was not happy. Was told I would get a call back. Crickets. Then I called the sales office and got someone and asked to be transferred to Jayson and the guy told me my name was being floated around as if to avoid. You people screwed up and some how it’s my fault. I put a negative review on google and 10 minutes later got a call from ******* manager ***. I want a refund. I provided pictures and videos and he kept saying there’s nothing he can do without bringing the car back up there. Like I would let them touch my car after this. Zero trust there. Worst dealership experience Ive ever had. Im furious. Stay away from these crooks.

George N. Roush Honda has terrible customer service & service in general! Took in a 2009 Civic in with the engine seem like it was missing. It wasn't a normal misfire but seemed more of an electrical miss. A local shop near us spent 3 hours on it, but could not figure out the issue. He did not charge us a dime because "he did not resolve the issue" Great business practice in my opinion!! He recommended taking to a Honda dealership because they have the manpower, time, & knowledge to figure it out, but to watch out they will $$ charge you for everything! Long story short, we did take it to Roush & they did fix the issue, so we thought! They had it for a little over 2 weeks. Replacing all 4 coil packs, a PCM {which was after market because a new one costs $1300!} and charging over $2600 which we were billed on 2 seperate invoices with the intial problem still occuring! I don.t want to take it back, i just want the car fixed without bleeding us dry, the car has 171K on it & would like to see it keep going. My wife & i have been juggling 1 car for this entire time not once were we offered any type of loaner car or helping out with a rental to work with us. She has the car now afraid to drive it during rush hour without it happening again, getting stranded, or something worse

Roush Honda has terrible customer service. I bought a brand new ********************* CR-V in Aug. 2021 w/ 4 miles on it. Three weeks later my display screen went black and I was told to just turn the car off and it will reset. I continued to have the same problem over a year before it was finally replaced. Then the ** stopped working, the automatic brake came on at 72 mph on the highway while in ***** control (which got the ** working again), the climate control buttons stopped working separately and the ** went out again. Each time I had a problem, I was told to bring it to a dealer so the car could be reset. While traveling, *** had the car at 3 different dealerships in 3 states. I called Roush Honda again in October 2022 after all the recent problems and was told to bring it it so it could be reset. I decided to go to another Honda dealership and trade it in for a 2022. Now after 1 month in the 2022 CR-V the ** doesnt work.Honda is having some serious issues w/ their CR-Vs and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.I contacted Honda corporate and they dont care or want to hear anything about problems. After spending another $5,980 on the 2022, they sent me a $500 gift card to be used for Honda sales, service and parts. Im dont think I should need to pay for service or parts with a brand new vehicle, so what good is the gift card?

When I made a commitment to purchase a Honda Odyssey and you, or Roush Honda followed up with numerous Emails requested some personal information I was under the impression that Odyssey was committed for our purchase. I forwarded my drivers License, filled credit applications etc. Followed up with other emails from Roush Honda all weekend and again this morning. Especially when the emails gave me vin number, stock numbers, pricing, trade-in value etc. When I asked when this Odyssey was expected to arrive, I got no response. I than asked again and again was ignored. I than called you and to my surprise you stated to me that the Odyssey in your emails was already sold to someone, and my Odyssey wouldnt arrive until late September or October. But you stated what color and what trim would I like. What a line of crap/ How dare you and the company you work for ask me for all my personal information only to bait and switch the vehicle. After another experience with another local Honda dealership, I am done with Honda. This would have been our first Honda sadly it will never happen in my lifetime. I withdraw my application to purchase a Honda with Roush Honda. I dont like any of the local dealerships ways of roping in customers. Especially in todays market. Rest assure I will make a complaint about your purchasing practice to the BBB and *************.

****, we apologize for your experience with the Digital Retailing Tool on our website. The vehicle you were working on had multiple requests. Once the vehicle is spoken for, it normally takes a minimum of three hours to remove from our website. Collecting all the documentation is what would hold that vehicle or the next vehicle on order for our clients. Per your request, your information been retracted and we will un-reserve the next available Honda Odyssey from your name. I would love to speak to you personally whenever it is best for you. All the best, *********************** General Manager *********************************** ***********
