I moved in 9 months ago and recently renewed for another lease. The office staff is friendly and professional. The initial move in was smooth and easy. The renewal was a breeze as well. Despite many residents having pets, I rarely hear any noise and the area around my building is clean and well kept. Noise is rarely an issue, and during the winter so far, I have seen staff laying down salt on the walkways and maintaining the area. I have had one maintenance issue so far, a leaky faucet, and it was replaced the day after I submitted my work order. I had a cookie hanging on my door for my birthday and there are frequent fliers for community events, a pool party, Christmas cookies and donuts/juice in the office. I have not attended any, but it is nice for those residents who want a too.

The staff here is truly exceptional. From the time of my first visit, to the day I moved in has been such a great process. I got the luxury of working with Britani, ******* and ****** and they were all great to say the least. They did a great job explaining everything for me and granting all the small requests I've needed to make the living experience as great as it is. The apartment is such a beautiful space to live in and is in an area where everything is accessible to you within 3 miles. I couldn't have moved to a better place or worked with better people! Highly recommend!

I recently moved into The Caldera House in Lewis Center, OH (with my puppy) and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the community, the top-notch Property Managers (Huge shoutout to Marina and Brittni!-- they worked their magic to get me moved in within 1 business day!!) and the entire Champion team (Shoutout to TJ and Brian (BD) as well!!) that has made our move-in experience so easy. I have lived in various apartments in Northeast and Central Ohio, and this has been, by-far, the most welcoming experience. Marina and Brittni go above-and-beyond to make Caldera feel like home. (My dog, Benny, instantly fell in love with this space… and loves the daily belly-rubs and treats he gets from the lobby!) Here are some highlights of what I love about Caldera/Champion: -Everything is modern and spotless. I swear, they must infuse the air with fresh scents, because it smells amazing! -Starbucks machine available 24/7 (with full coffee, tea, refreshment bar) -Plenty of space to walk my dog (with a ton of pet-designated areas) -Gorgeous landscaping/decorations -Super clean apartment upon move-in -Everyone in the community is friendly/ greets each other -Amazon locker for packages -Pool and fire pits (closed for the season, but can’t wait until they are open again!) -24/7 Gym -Perfect location to travel anywhere in Greater Columbus in about 25 mins or less If you are on the fence about Caldera, I’d recommend coming in for a tour. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for the perfect place to call Home in the next chapter. You won’t regret it! (If location-wise isn’t the best, I hear that the other Champion properties around Columbus are just as impressive!). I will be a long-term tenant, for sure! Ive been at ********* at ******* for 3 years and its a great place to live. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the neighbors are always nice, and the grounds are always kept clean. The clubhouse always offers different monthly ******************* for its residents as well as seasonal thank yous for us as well. Its a great place to live.

Living at Caldera for the last 4 years has been fantastic! The property is beautifully maintained with great amenities that make it a joy to live here. The staff is super kind and responsive, and the community is warm and welcoming. I couldn't ask for a better place to call home!

Residences of ******* has been a great place to live. The team (special shout outs to ***** and *****) have been very communicative, friendly and quick to respond to maintenance issues. The amenities are excellent, and the building is well-maintained and clean. I would highly recommend.

We needed an apartment for six months for an executive transition. The Heights seemed to be just right in location, with great unit layout, furniture rental through Cort and various amenities to be enjoyed. **** and ******* have been wonderful, easy to work with and knowledgeable. I think this will prove to be a great space for both our current and future executive.
