Have been waiting since November 2022 for a bathroom renovation ftom this company. Received estimate on 11/02/22 for $16,300. Paid the 50% deposit they requested on 11/12/22 ($8150) plus another $2500 on 12/01/22 for additional materials. They came and did the demo for the bathroom & have not been back. I am moving a sibling here to OH who has mental health & anxiety disorders. It is urgent that this work be done. The deadline was 1/17/23. I have to make an 800 mile round trip out of state to move him here. We had to cancel all those plans because the work wasn't done. The second deadline is 1/30/23. The owner, Brenton assured me the work would be done on time. He was supposed to come today but never showed up. The only way I have to contact him is by text. His phone voice-mail box is full & you can't leave a message. He responds to my texts with apologies & keeps saying he is dealing with personal issues. He keeps promising to come but never shows up. I paid over $10000 and desperate need this work done in 4 days. He has inconvenienced me & my brother who is currently in a bad living situation. Due to this negligence he has had to remain in this situation for a prolonged period of time. I want either my money refunded or the materials for the reno delivered to me. How do get someone else on short notice to get this work done? This is unacceptable.

I hired ******* ****** to put in flooring (LVT) and it is now separating and I reached out to ******* to let him know and he refuses to come and fix it and he has now blocked my phone number so that I can't reach him any longer. I had my flooring inspected to make sure it was not a problem with the actual product itself and it was not I have the report and sent it to him. I also paid for carpet on my stairs that was done wrong and is now coming apart, I gave him thousands of dollars to put in flooring and now he is unresponsive and refuses to fix it! Not a good business man! I trusted him and hired him for several jobs! Please fix my flooring!

This business is a scam. Brenton says he will arrive and never shows. Pushes it back every hours. Then turns into the next day. He requires 50% down for materials and gas. Then he will run with your money with no return. Do not do business with this man! He refuses to give me my money back.

We got in contact with Brenton to fix the grout and caulking in our shower. Brenton was 3 hours late to for our free quote. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, then he quoted me a price. I told him I'd have to wait a bit till we could get the funds because we don't have a lot of excess at the moment as I'm expecting a baby next month. Brenton offered a low price and I told him he didn't need to do that. He said he'd fit me in on a Wednesday at noon. he asked for a 50% deposit up front so I zelled it to him. he showed up 4 hours late on Wednesday and once again I cut him slack. he had none of the materials with him but said he was going to start by removing the grout and finish the rest Saturday. after an hour (and no noticeable results) he left. Saturday he was supposed to be there at 9am. I texted him before to confirm with no response. 1030 rolls around and he finally says he'd be there at 11. I told him I'd give him till 1130 or else we couldn't do business and I'd need my deposit back as he hadn't done any work. he never showed and I requested a refund. he refused and became hostile over the phone. he is untrustworthy and will scam you.
