Ratliff Contracting just completed our roof replacement. It was a five-star experience from our first meeting with sales Rep. David and the Ratliff team. Ratliff went above and beyond to protect our home from roof leaks and to secure claim support from our insurance company. The scheduling and installation team also were exceptional. We had a great experience with Ratliff Contracting as they completed our roof replacement in December 2022. We worked directly with David K****. He was fantastic in guiding us through the insurance claim process, keeping us updated on everything and, of course, the actual roof replacement. We used Ratliff Contracting after our original contractor ghosted us during an insurance battle. ***** was the representative we worked with at Ratliff. He was fair, honest and super helpful. ***** checked in every step of the way as I dealt with the insurance company. When we finally got the green light from insurance, the process was quick and easy. Even with supply chain delays, our product came in sooner than expected and we were able to book the job right away. We had new siding, trim wrapped, new gutters and shutters and vinyl soffit panels installed. It looks beautiful. There was a tiny issue with some siding after install and ***** made sure it was handled immediately. 10/10 would recommend!Ratliff Contracting, LLC Response
