My initial salesman was great in fact he was the only one who ever followed through. The roof itself seems good, but the process to get there was terrible. They would schedule for one day, I would call to check the time and find out they changed the date but didnt bother to tell me. They did this twice, once on roof and once on interior fix, in the fix I waited an entire day for them to show, and when I called, they had told me one day and booked another.Also during the process to put on the roof, things were very messy, they killed flowers, put a hole in my hot tub lid, broke limbs on an ornamental tree, broke a Mexican flower pot and left my deck extremely ( so much so I had to have it power washed that weekend) sticky from throwing pop bottles ******* biggest gripe is that no one from management would follow up with me, I spoke with a production manager one day, she promised to get back the next, she never did, I called and left her a message several days later, and she still never returned my call.All in all a very unprofessional company to work with.Review from Dennis P

****** and ****** and ***** were wonderful, very prompt and early did stop still job was done despite the mess, you would never know once they were done because they cleaned up immaculately and they rechecked the work, and they made sure that I was satisfied. ****** Storm guard team had replaced my roof and gutters after some storm damage. They walked out the process with insurance making sure to get us covered for all the damage when other companies gave up. Once the settlement was established, the roof was replaced quickly, and with high attention to detail and care. The Site Supervisor ****** was very easy to talk to, understand, and work with. ****** made sure I was always in the loop of the progress of the install, and raised any concerns he saw and with solutions. I am writing this review not as a customer of this company but the next door neighbor of their customer. I have insomnia and as such I was having a bad night last night. I finally fell asleep around 5:45am. Well a crew from this company apparently arrived sometime before 6am and started hammering, ripping, tossing and making major noise while up on my neighbors roof. Per Columbus city Code work of this nature shall not commence before 7AM. In addition to getting me up out of bed having a whole 15 min or less of sleep. when I came out to complain the had bottles and cans thrown on the ground some of which was on my property. Also there was roofing debris everywhere and there jackets were in my bushes. I am putting people thinking of using this company on notice that they may do this again. Hopefully it wont be on your property, or that of your neighbors.Review from Floyd K
