Ed and Dan were absolutely fabulous and we honestly cant say enough good things about their craftsmanship and service! We've thought about renovating our bathroom wet space for a number of years, mainky for better accommodation and accessibility. After removing the old cast iron tub and replacing it with a low threshold walk-in shower has done wonders!!

We highly recommend Bath Depot for any bathroom updates because of their quality service, products, installation, and warranty. Our goal was to convert two 25 yr.old units: first floor shower to shower; second floor tub to shower. Paul, our project manager, was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, very helpful in explaining the products & materials, and with the planning & designing. Nick and Rickey, our installers, were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and respectful. Their craftsmanship was impeccable—-paying attention to every detail. They were very respectful of our home… placing tarps in the entire work area, then cleaning up every day. They took pride in their work, which we feel is very important. The entire project was a pleasurable experience and we are very happy with the finished conversions. Lastly, Rory came by in the end to hand deliver a gift basket & asked us questions pertaining to how we felt of our experience. It was a great gesture and an example of this company’s attention to customer service!!

Bath Depot and their installers Silvio and Dan recently completed a tub-to-walk in shower installation. They were professional and very efficient in explaining every step of the process. The quality of their work was excellent and they cleaned up everything upon completion. I highly recommend them if you are looking to update your bath room. *** * ******** *

We just love our new bathroom! It was a real pleasure working with such a professional company. Our project manager, Ryan, took the time explaining everything to us in such great detail, setting up our expectations that really helped us visualize the space. We had wonderful installers, too. Nick, Ricky, were terrific. Very polite and courteous and took their time to make sure our home was just as clean, if not cleaner, than when they found it! We would definitely recommend Bath Depot’s services without hesitation!

After meeting with several companies, we chose Bath Depot. At first, we were leery of all their 5-star ratings. However, after working with them, they deserve every star. Our house was built in 1942. There were some issues related to our existing electricity and proper venting of a newly installed fan. They found solutions that worked and did a magnificent job getting things right. Nick and Rick were our installers. They did beautiful work and were attentive to details like accessibility since I am short, and my husband is tall. They were also thoughtful enough to leave us a working toilet for all 5 days of the renovation. They were both excellent and did exceptionally well working together. Nick does phenomenal work and Rick compliments him well with his background knowledge of materials and skills. They were both courteous, considerate, accommodating, polite, honest, and appreciative of our hospitality. Silviu assisted when needed with issues relating to the electricity and venting of the fan. He was also fabulous to work with and listened to our concerns. We would highly recommend Bath Depot's services to anyone looking at making updates to their bathroom! Bath Depot removed our old tub and created a gorgeous walk-in shower with a seat and safety bar. They also remodeled the rest of our bathroom including flooring, fan installation, vanity, toilet, medicine cabinet and lighting. It is stunning!!!! Well worth every penny spent. The installers, Jesse & Ian, did a great job with 2 wet space transformations! Their attention to detail was really great and they did a good job cleaning up afemter everything was complete! Have no problem recommending Bath Depot to all!
