    I purchased a used 2022 vehicle with around 26,000 miles on it. After purchasing the vehicle and driving home with it, I noticed the front rotors seemed to have some vibration. After returning home, which I lived 2 ½ hours away from the dealership in Pennsylvania, I went to go somewhere the following day. It was a rainy day and when I turned on the windshield wipers, the wipers just smeared the windshield due to both of the wiper blades being torn. Upon checking into the vibration from the front rotors when the brakes were applied, I found three that both front rotors and brake pads were in need of replacement. I contacted the dealership a few times over the course of a month and a half. Finally after two months, I received a call back I was informed that the dealership was unable to help reimburse me for any of the parts that were required to be replaced before my state vehicle inspection. Had I known these items were in need of replacement, I would have demanded that the dealership replace these items before I drove home with the vehicle. After the last interaction with the dealership, they had agreed to reimburse me for the wiper blades alone. I was given the excuse that the dealership lost $300 on the sale of this vehicle and that they are not willing to reimburse me anything towards the new brake rotors and brake pads. I would like to warn others of the way I was treated from the dealership. It is a sad pathetic day when a dealership is more worried about how much money they supposedly lost in a vehicle sale than to ensure the safety of the vehicle they are offering for sale. Please, anyone who is reading u this complaint, take caution if you ever need to deal with Serpentini Chevrolet in Westlake, Oh

    I traded in a Nissan Altima and bought a used truck. The negotiations took three separate trips. The initial trade in offer was tremendously low compared to other dealerships, in the meantime they raised the price of the truck online, I was told since I had outside financing I had to pay the new online MSRP price. We eventually came to an agreement with trade in and price of the truck. We were told the paperwork (memorandum title/trade in pay off) would be completed within 2 weeks. The truck smelt like cigarettes and was muddy so I asked if it would be detailed before purchasing, salesman ensured us it would be done. When I took possession, the inside still smelled like an ashtray the only thing they did was wash on the outside. There were personal items from the previous owner under the seats. When we spoke with the manager about it not being detailed all he did was apologize. After a few weeks without getting my memorandum title, I wanted to touch base so I placed a call to them and was told that their “title office was slow”. The following day I received a text and email from Ross that we needed to “provide him with a check or line of credit, if not we will need the vehicle brought back to us by end of day.” I then called him and he explained to me that they lost my file with the paperwork and check info that my credit union sent them. It took them 3 weeks to figure out they lost my file! I then resent them my line of credit and he told me he would submit it. In the meantime my trade in was not paid off so I was getting payment reminder calls. The following week marked a month, still no memorandum title or payment to pay off my trade in. Next day I received my memorandum title in the mail. Still nothing with trade it pay off. I called them again to follow up and I was told they were going to overnight a check to my trade in credit union. Overall a horrendous experience with a well known dealership with no accountability or standing behind their word.

    SERPENTINI WESTLAKE TRIES TO ROB THEIR CUSTOMERS, THEY ARE MAKING MONEY OFF THE LOAN INTREST RATE WHICH SHOULD BE ILLEGAL, THEY FIRST COME OUT WITH A VERY HIGH INTREST RATE, I SAID NO THEN COME OUT A LITTLE LOWER (STILL HIGH) MIND YOU I HAVE EXCELLENT CREDIT AND WAS PUTTING DOWN 17K ON A 24K CAR, THIS WHEN ON FOR AN HOUR BICKERING OVER THE INTREST RATE AND LENTH OF THE LOAN, SAID IN THE ADD 7% INTREST I ENDED UP WITH 9%, I TOOK IT BECAUSE I NEEDED A CAR FAST BUT WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN GO BACK TO SERPENTINI

    I purchased my truck brand new in 2020. Last week, check engine light came on. Took it to *********, diagnostics test was ran, confirmed problem! Called the dealership, spoke with Aaron who said based on what I described it be under my power train warranty. Instead of letting ********* do the work, took it to the dealership (I never do) b/c they said the diagnostics fee would be waived. Come to find out, I wasn’t covered under warranty and they wanted $600+ for something ********* could do for $387. I waisted time and almost $200 for nothing. There was no empathy. Lack of customer experience. Never doing business with them again!

    Took my truck there after another shop that told me the problem was covered under a TOB. They said it was not the TOB and they tried charging me $3400 to $7000 for the repair. I said no to the repairs and had at picked up from them. The shop it was taking to saw NO signs that the truck was actually looked at correctly. All it needed was $11 part. There are frauds and con artists. They should not be in business.
