    We had our furnace checked as well as air duct cleaning. All 3 technicians were polite and knowledgeable. Weve never had either service done and all the techs explained the processes very well. Definitely would use their services in the future if the need arises.

    I would highly recommend this company! They replaced our furnace and air conditioner (May 2024) and did a neat and thorough job. They were very polite and walked me through the new systems and thermostat and made certain I understood everything they did. I had them come back for the winter check and signed up for their program for twice-a-year check & clean.

    From the person that answered the phone to the technician that came out to the house, all of them were very upbeat professional and communicated all of the steps clearly. ******** (the technician) was especially nice and did a great job.

    Fantastic service! The person doing my annual furnace winter check up was exceedingly skilled in checking all the parameters of my furnace. He cleaned parts that showed some oxidation, measured gas pressures as well as amperage readings. The written report was very well conceived and summarized the condition of my furnace. I have been a customer of ******************************************* and ****************** since its inception. I have never been disappointed!

    I wasnt happy they changed my filter, it was a 4 filer and was only 2 months old. I was at work. Didnt even look at outside heat pump. No really happy.

    Went out and found a plugged return air filter, unit off on high limit. Checked heat exchanger found 0-PPM of ** in discharge air side of furnace. And 0-PPM of ** in living space. Furnace is less than 6 years old and is now heating and cycling. I dont think a new furnace is warranted!!! & I nor my tenant and tenants kids didnt appreciate the condemnation via closing the gas valve and unwiring the T-on a perfectly good piece of equipment on a 20* evening in an attempt to sell an over priced furnace.
