**** with M&C Construction was great from quote beyond completion of the roof project. He was thorough with his inspection and quote. He communicated clearly and responded to any questions quickly. My project included an insurance claim and ****'s experience was evident. He advised me on the claim and appeal process, communicating efficiently throughout. Once the claim was approved he was able to schedule quickly. The crew on site was efficient and conscientious. They cleaned up all materials and removed all debris leaving my yard as they found it. After completion he reached out to review work and ensure my satisfaction with the project. A+ from start to finish

M&C Construction completed 2 projects for me: new sliding glass doors/screens and soundproofing a wall. I am very pleased with the results. The work crews were very professional and polite. Great time management. Very conscientious with cleanup.Review from Kay K

They don't stand by their work.I'm still paying on a roof that they didn't install correctly and that leaks worse. The roof is less than 3 1/2 years old and they never returned my calls. I am elderly and handicapped and have no homeowners insurance. I just want them to repair the part they did not use the right materials for. It stated infront of the contract my biggest concern was.Morally and ethically they should do the right thing.M & C Construction Response

******************* contracted with us to replace her roof on 9/14/18. The work was completed 10/17/2018. We provided a two-year workmanship labor warranty.She sent an email to us on 2/2/22 stating she had a leak in the roof. We replied back the same day by text (her preferred method of communication). While waiting for her response, she filed the negative review with the BBB.At that point we checked our text history and realized we erroneously texted to ************ instead of ************. When we realized the error we immediately contacted her at her correct number by text on 2/23/2022. She did respond the same and asked to contact her Friday, 2/25/2022 to set a time to meet next week. She texted today and asked for to come Monday 2/28/2022 at noon.We will report back to you the result of our meeting with her.Thank you.
