Aug 29, 2024 date of sale of a 2010 Outlandler this vehicle was only driven 15 miles and had engine seize.. It was found that vehicle had no oil or water in the engine. I was told car was all set and ready to drive. I told them about issue and the claim I took oil and water during very short run of 4 miles on a time window of 15 ********** credit app was even taken and they claim the did an in-house finance and I was able to get vehicle with no proof of income which i offered, and no proof of residence. The only thing needed was my state ohio license. the sale was very rushed, and after they tell me the the 3000 mile 90 day whichever comes first warranty will not be honored. They claim I ruined this car within a total of 15 miles of driving. Their reviews I find are terrible and notorious for cars not lasting a week or less, I had no ideal or knowledge of this until after this sale. They refuse to do anything for me concerning this. I would my money back. I plan to give the car back to them right away. The payments are to begin on Oct 3rd and I am not paying them for this Outlander.I have full coverage on this vehicle and they say is I turn it off they will tell BMV that I am driving it without insurance, so I am going to the *** and try to cancel the registration. I do not want a vehicle that does not even operate and they dont want to honor their warranty that was for engine/drivetrain atleast for 3000 miles and 90 days warranty. I found many other buyers have encountered similar issues with this company. I am reaching out for your help. Thanks in Advance,****** N *******
