Terrible!Non Existent customer service. No one answers emails, store chatbot rejects order # as false and phone is always busy with no voicemail and disconnects. I have no way to contact customer service to find out what the status is of my order from two months ago. They basically stole my money from the piece.**** D

Fantastic aviation art, history, and relics. Ive purchased 9 framed prints and 5 acrylic prints over the past few years. *** **** takes great pride in his work and customer service.

My first order was incorrect. I ordered it during a 50% off promotion and only received 30% off. When I emailed them about it, I never received an answer. I was pleased with the picture but the frame was cheaply made. I did not want to waste time trying to get the 20% refund so I didn't follow up until after the experience stated below. This print was shipped to my Florida address. A couple of weeks later the same exact item arrived at my ***** address. I contacted *************** and told him I was not pleased that I was charged full price for something I did not order, I didn't get the discount on my first order and explained if this is the way they do business I would never buy from them again. In a return email I was accused of being "hostile." I had no reason to order the same picture. The one I ordered for my Florida address was for my hangar. We went back and forth with emails and all I wanted was a return shipping label to return the print. At one point he said it was shipped by accident and I should enjoy my free print. That was not true since I was billed for the item. My last email to him I asked again for a return shipping label and I would ship it back, if I didn't receive that I would be happy to share the customer experience I had with the ****** pilots that work for my airline and I would have my son share my experience with the ***** plus pilots at his airline. My next email from *************** was full of threats of legal action if I shared my experience. I didn't even think of posting to the BBB until he bragged about his rating. I'm sure you will find nice items on his website but I would not order anything framed. You are better off getting a quality frame done somewhere else. Also, if you have an issue with your item, you will be out of luck.

Truly have a great selection of unique art-related aviation items, but customer service it absolutely atrocious. I have emailed in the past concerning a damaged item, no response. And then again regarding a digital item which should have been available immediately, but was not. Again, no response via email or within the website messaging system.

I have about 20 aircraft relic pictures. It's my way of keeping history alive. I really love his work but sadly running out of room on my walls to display these great pieces of art. I'm very satisfied with all of my pictures. All of my shipments came in with no problem, packaging is great no problems their.I hope to visit his studio in the near future.

I have purchased pieces from *** for years. The quality of the artwork is impeccable, the relics are unique and the customer service has been to notch! They have experienced some growing pains in their business and became very popular almost overnight which resulted in some extended shipping times but that seems to have been remedied.

I have two SR-71 "Super Skater" pieces of the aircraft that I actually worked on in the late '60's. A sad day when we lost her.***'s packaging and shipping was super. No problem with delivery timing.

I've ordered many of his relic displays and have always been beyond extremely satisfied! The artwork is amazing, especially when paired with an authentic relic fragment where you can touch history. Orders are shipped promptly and packaged with the respect these pieces deserve. I also love that he gives great and open details on where he received the relic pieces from. I collect WWI and WWII militaria and these pieces are among my favorite items. For the prices and frequent discounts offered, these are an absolute steal! I also love his new desktop displays! Everything about these pieces, the man, and his company are top shelf!
