    I contracted with Alan Able Heating and Cooling to install a new water heater (which I purchased separately). Our agreement included removal of my old water heater (stated on my receipt). The water heater was installed, and service paid in full, 12/6/2022. Alan stated he would return to remove the old water heater soon thereafter. Over 7 months later, the water heater remains in my back yard. I have called Alan countless times; each time he says I'm "still on [his] list", he's been too busy, and doesn't have enough help. 7 months delay is evidence he has no intention (or unacceptably low prioritization) to complete his contracted and fully paid-for job. His neglect has caused me significant stress, especially unwarranted as I deal with health issues. Note 1) His neglect is especially surprising considering I pulled his truck out after he got stuck in my yard; my complimentary service surely saved him much money vs. calling a tow service. Note 2) I am even willing to use my pickup truck to pull the tank to the driveway level if he is unable to winch it from its current location. (He merely needs to provide a tow strap.) The critical service his business must perform (and for which he contracted and was fully paid) is to load the tank onto his truck and haul it away; I cannot do this.

    7.24.2023 BBB spoke with Alan V***. He stated that a crew will be sent to the consumer's residence on Wednesday, August 3, 2023 to remove the water heater.

    The business did not show on their promised date (2 Aug), nor has it called to reschedule. The “Reject” option is still not available on your linked message page, but obviously they have failed to fulfill the contract, and I recommend that others avoid this business.

    Paid for a Furnace / AC unit to be installed 01/28/2023. Alan Able Heating and Cooling still hasn't finished the installation.

    Our technician was out to **** **** ****** ** and no one answered the door. This was the same as the previous times our company has attempted to satisfy this customers requests. We have come to the conclusion that while we want to do everything we can to make our customers happy, we unfortunately can not appease everyone. We are sorry that we have an unhappy customer, and sincerely have hoped a resolution could have been met.
