I went to them for dentures. What they gave me are two useless plates that don't fit my mouth. There was never any try in or test fitting. They're both too tall and I can't close my mouth or open it wide enough to bite or chew anything. The bottom is not wearable at all. I've been trying to live off soup for over a month now, I'm losing weight and getting sick. They've refused to listen to anything I've said and provided no information about anything. I'm on United health care insurance, part of Medicare because of my condition, they will only cover dentures every 5 years so if I can't get this dentist to refund my insurance then I can't get these dentures made properly. They're cheap shoddy pieces of plastic that are rough on my tongue, don't properly fit my mouth, and seem like they cost about $20, but they charged a lot more than that for them. I just need help getting this fixed so I can try to continue living the last decade of my life. I've missed a family reunion, Christmas, and my birthday which is today, because I don't have any teeth now and it's embarrassing and depressing and so stressful that it could land me back in the hospital. What can I do? I don't know what resolution to ask for, I just want insurance refunded and released from this place so I can go somewhere to get it made correctly. If this guy, who I've only seen a couple times while his dozen assistants do all the work, can't do dentures then they should've said so and I'd have went somewhere that can.

Sir I was sent to your place of business thinking I would get new top plates for my mouth, rep told me the payment was needed before work, I foolishly paid, I never saw the dentist until I was sitting in a chair with an intern, you looked at my mouth and then I never saw you again for 3 weeks when I went in to get impressions, you informed me I would need to wait another 3 weeks, I came back to for my appointment thinking I would get my teeth, I had to do another impression I did not see the dentist, was told to come back in another 3 or 4 weeks, came back again and was told another 3 or 4 weeks before my teeth would be ready. I still do not have my teeth. (Please see attached)
