In September of 2022 I contacted *************************** of Allmighty Lawns to provide weed control and fertilization of my yard located at **********************************************. On September29, 2022, this company came and applied Vessel to my yard. My yard was 75% Fescue grass and 25% ******* grass. I paid them. On November 8, 2022, they came and applied Simizine and Vessel to my yard. I paid them. During the next months my Fescue grass died out. On April 3, 2023, I was told by a professional that whoever had sprayed my yard in the fall had severely damaged and killed many areas of my Fescue yard. I called ******************** and he did not return my calls. I Sent 25 photos to him of the damage and he came by and checked it out. He did not call me back. I called him on April 4, 2023, and he said the person who had sprayed it was no longer with is company so he could not tell me what was sprayed on it. He said he would make it right and come back and aerate the yard and overseed on April 13 or 14, 2023. He won't respond and he did not show up. I have had to spend nearly $3000 having some of my yard relaid with sod and will need to have someone overseed the rest of my yard for $1500 to $2500 more. He needs to pay me for these damages if he is unwilling to work with me to fix the damage he caused. I looked at the receipt for November 8, 2022, and they applied Simizine which damages and kills ******. I paid $160.00 for the 2 weed applications.

I have been out of the country from 4-15-23 to 4-29-23.  We picked up our mail today 5-1-23.  We have been in business since 2008 and have NEVER had this issue before.  Each step of treatment has a standard invoice that states what is used.  When this lady called ** in September of 2022 she was unhappy with her CURRENT lawn guy and wanted ** to fix her yard.  It was already in bad shape before we were even hired.  We also treated ***************** the same neighborhood the same day, 5 of which also have fescue grass.  Some customers we have had since 2008.  None of them have complained BUT her.  She said I haven't replied to her and that she sent me 25 photos.  The only number she has is the office number and it is a landline which doesn't receive text or photos.  The 2 times she did call me, I responded and set up the meeting for that Friday 4-7.  While I was at her house discussing what could be done to improve her yard, her male friend started saying he wanted dirt brought in and the whole yard leveled and reseeded including the ******* grass not just the fescue she was complaining about.  None of this I was responsible for.  Him and her were arguing about what he wanted done and what she wanted done.  I told them to decide between them and let me know because I could do it before I left on 4-15.  I never heard from her again because she was apparently texting a landline. I don't know what she spent $3000 on for her lawn but whoever charged her that much money should be investigated for price gouging.  She also is saying $1500 to $2500 more to overseed her yard.  AGAIN these prices are extremely exaggerated. I tried to work with her and her male friend.  The 2 times they CALLED not texte I made arrangements to go look at their yard!  I don't think this lady can be pleased.  She just wants a handout. I repeat--her yard was in bad shape before she called me and had fired her previous yard guy.  Did she file a BBB complaint against him too?????

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: April 4 pictures sent to ***********************  Met on April 7 and he stated that the employee that sprayed is gone and might have used the wrong tank.  Said he would make it right and be back April11-14 to aerate and reseed.  Never heard from him again.  ******** was applied in November and it is not labeled for cool weather grasses and fescue.  We reseeded and nothing will grow.  Need new sod in front yard at $300-$350 per pallet for 7-8 pallets plus yard preparation and installation.  Probably closer to $5000.  His company applied the damaging herbicide to our fescue and his company needs to replace our front yard.  We had ****************.

    Respectfully submitted,

    *****************************

AGAIN our office number is a LANDLINE! It does NOT receive text or pictures so how can I reply if I don't receive anything? She called before and that's when I set up meeting-why didn't she call again? Because she didn't really want a reply-she wants money for something we did not do. It has been 3 weeks and that is NOT enough time to see if seed will grow.  She is impatient and impossible to deal with.  Her yard was in bad shape before **--that's why she changed lawn companies. Our tanks are the same.  We sprayed ***************** the neighborhood and they are fine. She just wants a new yard at someone else's expense. ALL she had to do was CALL, not text a landline!
